Participation on a Tumor Board.
Management of Bone Marrow Transplants.
Blood Bank Management.
Oversight of Chemotherapy Administration (administered by Physician and Nurse Oncologist).
Submission & Credentialing Requirements Board Certification: AMBS/AOA in one specialty with demonstrated competency in the other is required.
License: Must possess an Active Indiana State License.
Certification: Current BLS Certification.
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days with an IN license or 90 days without.
