This job provides respiratory care treatment, oxygen services, diagnostic testing and ventilation support services to both in-patients and outpatients ranging in age from neonatal to geriatric. This job also coordinates the overall provision of respiratory care, plans, develops and implements respiratory care programs; sets up all types of positive airway pressure (PAP) therapy as ordered by physicians, educates the patient on proper and safe use of equipment; monitors patient compliance data and conducts patient and physician follow-up on patients as per Departmental Policy and Procedures.

Job Duties
Sets up Respiratory and PAP therapy equipment in the Post Acute Setting
Reviews and documents all pertinent information regarding each patient
Educates patients and co-workers on procedures and treatment plans
Participates in process improvement initiatives and resolves patient issues
Communicates with physicians and serves as a resource on Respiratory Therapy in the Post Acute Setting
Monitors patient compliance to therapy and makes recommendations when needed
Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, including but not limited to: respect for privacy, method of introduction to the patient, adapting explanation of services or procedures to be performed, requesting permissions and communication style

Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Ensures the health, comfort and safety of residents. Contributes to the assessment of residents and administers medications or treatments as ordered. Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
If position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
Minimum of 18 years of age.
Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility. Specific services/positions may have additional education, training or experience requirements.
Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges. Rula is a comprehensive behavioral health solution that works with a network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families. By taking care of all the new client marketing and administrative heavy-lifting, we allow providers at Rula to focus on what they do best; helping clients get better.
We are expanding our network of licensed providers in Washington. Providers in the Rula network are 1099 contractors, have no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy.
Compensation Details
- Licensed Psychologist: $90 per hourly session (53-minutes)
- Guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit
- Payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, & denied claims

- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
