Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Partners, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
• Organize key annual investor meeting, managing venue arrangements, material, catering and onsite logistics.
• Manage office operations, including ordering office supplies and maintaining common areas.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, building management, and service providers.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and record maintenance.
• Prepare and process expense reports, track reimbursements, and ensure timely submission.
• Support bank-related activities, including initiating and tracking bank wires.
• Assist with capital call administration, including preparation, tracking, and documentation support.
• Plan and support internal and external meetings, including preparation of presentation materials.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries.
• Support ad hoc projects and special initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of administrative or office management experience, preferably within private equity, finance, professional services, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Experience with bookkeeping, expense management, and financial administration highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with expense and accounting systems a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Our client in Stanford, CT is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Field Operations Specialist to support day-to-day parking operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and spending time outdoors while helping maintain safe and compliant parking facilities.

As a Field Operations Specialist, you will use a mobile app to monitor parking lots, verify vehicle compliance, and report operational issues to ensure a smooth parking experience for customers.

Pay Rate: $20-23 per hour

This role is a 1099 independant contractor position with the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Use a mobile app to scan and verify vehicle license plates
• Identify and ticket vehicles that are not in compliance with parking policies
• Flag vehicles requiring towing based on property rules and procedures
• Provide real-time feedback through the app regarding lot conditions and user experience
• Document and report operational, safety, or maintenance issues to management
• Maintain awareness of parking lot activity and ensure compliance with lot policies

Schedule & Availability

• Shift availability between 6:00 AM – Midnight
• 7 days per week coverage
• Typical shifts are approximately 6 hours

Summary of Position

Teladoc Health is seeking an experienced Cyber Incident Response Lead to spearhead our organization's efforts in responding to cybersecurity incidents.This role will lead complex incident investigations, coordinate cross-functional response efforts during security events, drive containment/eradication/recovery activities, and continuously improve the incident response program. This position combines hands-on technical response leadership with strategic oversight, stakeholder communication (including executive-level), and mentorship of analysts/engineers. You will serve as a key escalation point for high-severity incidents and help shape the organization's resilience against evolving threats (ransomware, supply-chain attacks, nation-state actors, etc.).

Qualifications Expected for Position

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in an incident response or SOC lead capacity
• Deep hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel), EDR tools, and network forensics
• Strong understanding of attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) as mapped to the MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Proficiency in digital forensics, malware triage, and log analysis across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments
• Experience leading response efforts for major incident types including ransomware, data exfiltration, BEC, and insider threats
• Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical findings into clear, executive-level briefings

• Prepare/review domestic and foreign quarterly and annual tax provision along with SEC disclosures under US GAAP and ASC 740

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and diagnose common acute conditions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications.

• Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and treatment adherence.

• Document visits efficiently in our intuitive electronic health record system.

• Collaborate with cross-functional care teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

• Participate in clinical improvement initiatives that shape the future of virtual care.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with either a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

• 5+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.

• Must hold four active state license with full practice and prescriptive authority, including at least one in New York, Virginia, Maryland, Arizona, Illinois, Nevada, Colorado, Washington or Florida prior to interview.

• Must be willing to obtain additional licenses in the future

• Must be nationally NP board certified: FNP-BC or FNP-C

• Experience providing care across the lifespan, starting from infancy (age 0 and up) as a NP.

• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working in an Urgent Care or Emergency Room (ER) setting.

• Previous Telehealth experience preferred.

• Must not be excluded from participating in any state or federal healthcare programs.

• Must have a clean professional record with no board disciplinary actions.

• Strong clinical decision-making skills and confidence in practicing independently.

• Tech-savvy and adaptable to telehealth platforms and evolving virtual care protocols.

• Passion for creating meaningful patient relationships in a digital environment

The base salary for this position is $100,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for productivity pay as well as a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc 2026 Benefits. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. You will accrue 8 hours of PTO per semi-monthly pay period. You will also receive 80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annually. This applies to full-time positions only. If you are applying for a part-time role, your recruiter can provide additional details.
