About the Front Desk Associate Role:

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests while ensuring an exceptional \"Judgement Free\" member experience!

Daily responsibilities for the Front Desk Associate also include:

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assisting them with any questions or concerns as they check in.
• Help to promote our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor, offering assistance and showing support in their fitness journeys while upholding club policies.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with their inquiries.
• Perform membership related functions such as sign-ups, contact/billing information updates, cancellations, collecting unpaid balances and transferring memberships.
• Perform prospective member calls and tours; assessing their membership needs.
• Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals.
• Regular, consistent cleaning and sanitizing of all exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities. This includes communal spaces as well as your assigned area.
• Ensuring restrooms are clean and sanitized, stocked and clutter free by following the routine cleaning schedule.
• Frequently perform a comprehensive walk of all club areas; quickly fix any safety/policy issues and address cleanliness concerns.
• Promptly address maintenance and facility concerns such as broken and/or missing equipment (i.e., Dispensers, leaky faucets, fixtures etc.)

Compensation & Benefits:

• The hourly pay range for this position is $17.00 to $18.25. Planet Fitness reserves the right to pay below or above the posted range based on factors that are unrelated to a person's protected class.

The Director of Merchandising is responsible for leading the overall merchandising strategy and seasonal line direction for GOAT USA. The Director of Merchandising partners closely with Product Development to provide clear guidance on line development, ensuring assortments align with brand positioning, customer demand, and margin objectives. This role also collaborates with the Wholesale team to understand account needs and ensure product offerings support key retail partners. The Director of Merchandising connects brand vision with financial performance, ensuring our product assortments deliver on both creative and business goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and lead seasonal merchandising strategies and assortment plans across all categories.
• Identify and interpret fashion trends, translating insights into viable product direction.
• Provide strategic guidance to Product Development on line development, pricing strategy, and assortment depth.
• Ensure strong understanding of product economics, including margins, and cost structures, to support financial targets.
• Analyze sales performance, inventory, and market data to inform in-season actions and future seasonal planning.

Work Location: In person

The maintenance assistant will perform all of the necessary janitorial and maintenance tasks inside the club house, offices, and locker rooms. The maintenance assistant is also responsible for the daily cleaning and maintaining of the tennis courts. This position also involves all outdoor maintenance of the grounds and surrounding area to the facility. Additional duties may be assigned as they develop. • Ensure courts are maintained (cleaned, maintained) daily
• Ensure equipment is operational, clean and safe to operate

• Collect and dispose of trash bags from receptacles
• Collect and place for storage: tennis balls and all other equipment used on Tennis court maintenance
