Summary / Objective

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to support and grow

relationships with key retail accounts. The Account Executive will contribute to sales goals,

support EBIT targets, and help build mutually profitable partnerships across various channels

by executing strategies that align with the TYR brand. This role focuses on increasing brand

visibility, supporting sales growth, and maintaining a strong focus on service and profitability.

Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Support the daily management of assigned retail accounts through strong organization and communication.

Basic Function

Responsible for providing the direction of the branch Rental Department in accordance with the established guidelines of the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation the rental dept.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our facility. This position is responsible for managing the production floor, including job scheduling, employee supervision, quality control, and maintenance of UV, digital, and press machines. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of machine maintenance, production scheduling and be proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Label Traxx for efficient coordination and communication.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

This role reports to the Director of Operations and is located on-site in Deer Park, NY.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team Leadership: Supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to create a productive and skilled team.
• Job & Employee Scheduling: Plan and schedule production jobs to meet customer deadlines and maximize machine uptime. Create daily and weekly employee schedules to ensure optimal staffing for each shift and production area.
• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on UV printing, digital, and press machines, ensuring that production meets quality standards, efficiency goals, and scheduled timelines.
• Machine Maintenance: Ensure regular maintenance and cleaning of UV, digital, and press machines to keep them running efficiently. Coordinate with maintenance staff for preventive maintenance and promptly address any machine malfunctions or repairs.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements, working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce downtime, and maximize equipment utilization.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety policies and ensure all operations comply with OSHA and company standards, maintaining a safe environment for all team members.
• Quality Control: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to perform quality checks, especially on outputs from UV and digital machines, to ensure high standards are consistently met.
• Inventory & Materials: Oversee materials and inventory for machine operations, ensuring timely availability for production and working with procurement as needed.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production output, equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and material usage; prepare reports on machine efficiency and operational KPIs for management.
• Training & Development: Conduct specialized training on UV, digital, and press machines for new hires and ensure continuous skills development among team members.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment, with specific experience in operating and maintaining UV printing, digital, and flexographic press machines.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, and Label Traxx.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, including staff scheduling and workload balancing.
• Skilled in machine operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for UV, digital, and press equipment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems and Label Traxx software is highly desirable.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Environment: Role involves work in a manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and various temperatures. Some office work is also required.

Women who may have the ability to produce eggs but are unable to use their uterus or do not have a uterus, may consider a surrogate. A donated egg may also be used with the surrogate in the event a woman cannot produce her own eggs or her uterus is not intact or insufficient to carry a pregnancy. In either case, the husband's sperm, if viable, may be used.

Using an egg donor unrelated to the surrogate carrier eliminates any biological tie. The egg of the surrogate is never used as part of the assisted reproduction process, so that a surrogate is never in the position of delivering her own biological child.

The basic requirements of a woman to serve as a surrogate are:

• Emotionally stable
• Responsible
• In good physical health
• Non-smoker
• Has had at least one successful pregnancy
• Is capable of carrying a child to full term

A woman is not required to fall within a particular age range to serve as a surrogate, but most intended parents prefer a surrogate under the age of 40. For more information on surrogacy please see the documents on the left side of this page.

In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.

Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. The amount of compensation is dependent upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, whether the surrogate carries twins, what procedures a surrogate is required to undergo and whether the delivery is vaginally or by cesarean section.

Job Summary

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Field & Client Experience

• ​Responsible for credible and effective relations and communication with field and customer to include responding to case appeals/inquiries and assists with placing business.

• Provides guidance and assistance to the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network and Financial Representatives regarding case underwriting and risk appraisal

• Responsible for prescreen inquiries.

Underwriting

• Responsible for the analysis and appraisal of a broad range of insurance applications; approves, classifies, or declines applications for various ages and policy amounts with guidance, as needed.​

• Independently reviews applications and adheres to underwriting standards and demonstrates an intermediate level of experience with NM product types and changes. ​

• Develops and demonstrates change agility while maintaining mortality and morbidity expectations. ​

• Demonstrates continuous learning through the early adoption of new ways of underwriting. ​

• Develops proficiency with Reinsurance programs and determining where to best place a case.

• Underwrites applications, maintaining industry-leading mortality and morbidity giving the best possible offer that can be made. Provides active case and requirement management and provides customized service with guidance. ​

• Communicates & negotiates with Field Partners to explain modified or declined decisions & assist in policy placement. ​

• Develops proficiency in financial, medical, and lay underwriting assessments and provides innovations solutions to keep Northwestern Mutual as the choice of our customers.

• Actively utilizes the most effective means to obtain the necessary information, including digital health data, Internet searches, direct contact with the insured, and communication with third party advisors (Accountants, Attorneys, etc.) with limited guidance.

• Discusses cases with peer reviewers with medical and technical staff, as needed. ​

• Understands and meets all quality, service, and production goals​.

• Solves issues & escalations, with guidance as needed. ​

• Partners with Underwriting Support for case management

Cross-functional leadership

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

• 1.5 years of traditional underwriting experience.

• Analytical skills with the ability to make independent decisions and apply sound judgment in the application of rules.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information, and exercise tact, diplomacy, and resourcefulness.

• Proficient in computer skills and using various software packages.

• Ability to work accurately while maintaining speed and flexibility in a team and independent production environment.

• Highly organized with the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.

• Displays agility to manage multiple tasks​ and adapt in a changing work environment.
