Job Summary
The Inventory Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of inventory and supply functions. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily inventory activities ensuring all operations conform to company policies and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory control with accuracy by monitoring stock levels, supplies, and receipts.

- Coordinate schedules, workflows, and tasks for staff to meet operational deadlines.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and initiate corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Train, mentor, and support staff to enhance their skills and ensure high performance.
- Utilize inventory management software and technologies to streamline operations.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and other key metrics for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Supervisor or Inventory Manager.
- Strong knowledge of inventory operations, inventory management, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
