This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Kitchen Manager located in Corolla, NC. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will assist in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety standards, supervising food preparation and cooking processes, organizing kitchen workflows, and collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient operation. Additional responsibilities include supporting culinary staff, maintaining inventory, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Food & Beverage handling
• Strong focus on Food Quality, ensuring standards and consistency in all dishes
• Experience in Culinary Management and kitchen operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and inventory management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining establishment
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification is a plus
