Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated sales professional to support and grow our industrial services business through a combination of account stewardship and new client acquisition. This role focuses on building trusted partnerships with manufacturing-based customers while identifying opportunities to expand service offerings. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a B2B environment, balancing relationship management with proactive outreach, and translating technical service capabilities into clear business value for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies aligned with overall revenue and growth objectives.

• Proactively engage potential customers through warm outreach and referral-based introductions.

• Own the full customer acquisition process, from initial discussions through pricing, negotiations, and agreement execution.

• Document sales activity, customer conversations, and pipeline progress using a CRM platform.

• Deliver customer-facing presentations that communicate service capabilities, differentiators, and return on investment.

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing communication, service alignment, and follow-up.

Required Experience & Skills

• Background in business-to-business sales, ideally supporting manufacturing or industrial customers.

• Strong closing and negotiation abilities with experience managing complex sales cycles.

• Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to explain technical or service-based solutions.

• Demonstrated success in account development and customer retention.

• Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce or equivalent systems.

• Understanding of how marketing and sales efforts align to support pipeline growth.

• Ability to analyze customer needs, market conditions, and performance metrics to guide sales decisions.

• Comfortable conducting proactive outreach while maintaining a consultative, professional approach.

This person will be responsible responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers for automotive exterior components, with a focus on injection-molded plastic parts and related materials. This role supports program launches by ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets are met while building a strong and reliable supply base.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and manage suppliers for exterior plastic components (fascia, grilles, cladding, trim, etc.)
• Lead RFQs, supplier selection, and contract negotiations
• Support program launches (Job 1) by ensuring supplier readiness and on-time delivery
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for injection-molded components and materials (resins)
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to resolve cost, quality, and delivery issues
• Identify and drive cost reduction and value engineering initiatives
• Analyze cost drivers including tooling, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Monitor supplier performance and mitigate risks to ensure supply continuity
• Ensure compliance with commercial agreements and company standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of purchasing experience within automotive or manufacturing
• Strong experience sourcing injection-molded plastic components
• Experience with resin procurement or material sourcing preferred
• Proven ability to lead supplier negotiations and RFQ processes
• Experience supporting automotive program launches
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Plex, or similar)

Title: Electrician

Contract: 12 Months

Shift timings: 6AM to 2:30PM

Core Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant machinery and electrical equipment with minimal supervision.
• Perform wiring, conduit installation, panel building, and new electrical installations as per schematics and line-ups.
• Support manufacturing operations by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns and maximizing uptime.
• Use electrical meters, diagnostic tools, and schematics to identify faults and resolve issues.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to extend equipment life.
• Update electrical drawings/prints and recommend spare parts or system improvements.
• Handle mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting incidental to electrical tasks.
• Maintain safe work practices while working on low- and high-voltage systems.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and regulatory standards.
• Follow supervisor instructions, PM work orders, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting experience in manufacturing or plant environments.
• Working knowledge of PLC systems and automated equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, and complex machinery systems.
• Proficiency in using multimeters, diagnostic instruments, and electrical testing devices.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical codes, safety standards, and government regulations.
• Ability to perform wiring, panel assembly, and electrical installation independently.
• Good communication, teamwork, urgency, and self-motivation on the production floor.

Education & Certification Criteria

• High School Diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
• Electrical Journeyman License OR equivalent hands-on industrial electrician experience.
