Qualified candidates will demonstrate clinical competency by utilizing medical techniques and principles independently to offer care to a diverse set of patients. Qualified candidates will have strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills. This is a full-time role, requiring a daily commute to Hendersonville, and you will be further incentivized based on productivity and the level of high-quality care. The incentive pay is not conditional and will be paid out based on your monthly patient volume.

Our client is a full-service steel supply, processing, and fabrication company located near Nashville, TN. We are seeking a Sales/Project Manager with steel experience who will serve as the critical link between clients, shop drawings and execution- ensuring projects are built accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
Role Focus
This position is the point person between the clients and the shop floor. You will work with new and existing clients to clarify and verify their needs. You will ensure shop drawings are complete, clear, and buildable- and that the fabrication team understands what needs to be built, when it needs to be built, and how success is measured.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary link between clients, shop drawings, and fabrication team
- Review 1- 2 fabrication-ready designs per day
- Bringing in new clients/projects every quarter
- Track production progress and ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule
- Accurately estimate materials, labor, and job timelines
- Manage projects from quote through fabrication and delivery
- Coordinate shipping and receiving for materials and finished jobs
- Perform quality checks before jobs leave the shop
- Communicate with customers regarding timelines, changes, and delivery expectations
- Ensure projects remain profitable, on budget, and on schedule
Qualifications
- Must have a background in steel fabrication, steel supply, or structural steel environments
