Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Revenue Growth Manager based in Bedford, NH.


The Revenue Growth Manager will apply analytics to better understand, predict, and shape the customer path-to-purchase. This will optimize everyday product pricing, as well as promotional frequency and depth at key customers, while driving profitable revenue growth. This role will lead the business unit in achieving the goal of optimizing trade and marginal contribution through the use of elasticity-based modeling tools: the PTA tool for the grocery and mass merchandising channels, and the elasticity tool for the natural channel. The Revenue Growth Manager will encourage stronger cross-functional collaboration, embrace dynamic scenario planning, and adopt more joint value approaches with retailers. This role reports to the Senior Director, Customer Strategy and Planning.


From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Lead the creation of overall market strategy, as well as customer specific everyday price and promotional strategy including the development of Average Margin Per Sale (AMPS) (merchandising and pricing) and net unit cost guidelines, as well as the overall management of Total LUSY and customer specific trade. Builds and shares practices with cross-functional teams including Customer Strategy and Planning, Field Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Commercial Finance.
  • Utilize elasticity-based modeling tools to identify optimal everyday pricing and promotional plans for our key brands, and pack groups for our top customers.
  • Utilize consumption and category insight data to help the Customer Strategy and Planning, and Sales Teams execute these plans with our customers.
  • Analyze external and internal promotional landscape on a monthly basis through monitoring retail promotion landscape across key accounts, promotional analysis across channels, and understanding key competitive pricing in order to inform and influence strategy.
  • Conduct top customer event-level Return On Investment (ROI) analysis and effectively communicate insights and recommended action plans to the Senior Director, Customer Strategy and Planning, Field Sales, and Customer Team leadership.
  • Consolidate and monitor compliance to everyday pricing promotional frequency and depth, trade spending, and net unit cost guidelines at account or budget holder level.
  • Lead the business unit in optimizing price pack architecture to balance the need for affordability with profit and category expansion (e.g., satisfy emerging needs and occasions with smaller packs).
  • Profitability assessment- optimization- and strategic assistance through lens of pricing and promotion on an ongoing basis.
  • Work with Customer Strategy and Planning to facilitate and manage monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) meetings with the Field Sales Teams.
  • Support the Sales Team and Customer Strategy and Planning in annual negotiations with top customers - providing recommendations that meet both customer and company needs.
  • Partner with Sales Team Customer Strategy and Planning and influence them in optimizing the promotional calendar to meet broader business strategy objectives.

The Associate Manager, Portfolio Strategy & Planning will contribute to the strategic development, storytelling, commercialization and execution of retail initiatives across retail channels. This role will be the go-to headquarter partner for the Field Sales team - collaborating throughout the selling process to deliver the strongest, insight-driven narratives while working internally with Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Trade Planning and Finance to ensure optimal execution of priorities.   • Manage Innovation Plan, working collaboratively with Marketing to ensure the right innovation is developed and shepherded through the commercialization process. Ensure critical sales deadlines are met without sacrificing the quality of the proposition.

The Strategic Sourcing Manager US Comanufacturing, is an active member of the Purchasing Team North America (NA), participates in sharing purchasing excellence and strategies, supporting teamwork, joint learning and development initiatives. The incumbent will lead the North American sourcing strategy initiatives for an assigned Category. Under the guidance of the Associate Director procurement - US Comanufacturing, will assist in the execution of a supply strategy for managing Lactalis' US Comanufacturing network and will provide local support to Yogurt Business units across USA and Canada . This position will be expected to provide a high level of service and support for internal stakeholders by developing a deep understanding of affiliate business needs, providing detailed analysis of spend data and financial results, playing a key role in supplier relationship and performance management, and by providing necessary support for new product innovation and supply chain sustainability. This position will also be responsible for ensuring connectivity between Lactalis Yogurt business units' functions (Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Finance, PMO, Marketing, etc.) and the broader Lactalis North America Purchasing organization. The focus of this position will be primarily in support for yogurt -related co manufacturing activities in the United States.

  • Develops local /regional sourcing strategies for the Category managed, using detailed analysis of historical & current spend data, combined with sourcing and research of new suppliers.
  • Achieve budget objectives by identifying, developing and supporting North American sourcing strategy initiatives for the assigned Category or the North American Sourcing.
  • Leads the implementation, and management of the strategy for Category, making sure the needs and specifications of each Business Unit are considered.

  • Develop supplier relationships to optimize supplier quality and performance, including continuous improvement, innovation, and reduction in total cost of ownership to add value to North America region. Responsible for supplier quality and supplier contract compliance with respect to the category managed.

The Role: Make an Impact

The Graduate Sustainability Intern will help implement Lactalis US Yogurt's (LUSY) sustainable agriculture strategy to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in alignment with science-based targets. This role will focus on measuring farm-level carbon footprints and supporting the adoption of climate-smart agricultural practices that increase soil carbon sequestration and reduce emissions from enteric fermentation, manure management, feed production, and energy use. This will include collecting and analyzing data, engaging with farmers, and contributing to outreach and research efforts. This role will also offer valuable experience in sustainable agriculture and data management across LUSY and Stonyfield Organic's diverse milk supply. The Graduate Sustainability Intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Corporate Social Responsibility, Purchasing, Marketing and others to implement sustainability initiatives and will report to the Senior Manager, Sustainable Agriculture.

  • Create summary & individualized result farm carbon footprinting reports for farmer facing audience.
  • Support Stonyfield direct supply farms with adoption of climate smart agricultural practices across one or more strategic areas of action. This could also include conducting soil sampling to help expand the baseline data on soil carbon levels for Stonyfield direct supply farms.
  • Lead projects on nature, water or workforce development, for the full Lactalis US Yogurt milk supply. This includes organic, conventional, and non-GMO milk sourced for Brown Cow, Siggi's, Green Mountain.
  • Conduct literature reviews and outreach to researchers on relevant topics including efficacy of biochar, agroforestry, and feed additives to reduce enteric fermentation as pathways for reducing organic dairy farm GHG emissions.
  • Assist the Lactalis US Yogurt sourcing and sustainability teams with other projects related to organic transition planning for prospective Stonyfield direct supply farms, organic training, and sustainability in other agricultural ingredient supply chains.
