Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations and assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer invoicing.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Assist with the monthly and year-end close process.
- Support accounts payable and receivable activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with preparation of financial reports and business performance metrics.
- Assist with annual financial review and audit requests.
- Support preparation of the annual budget.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
The Engineering Lab Technician supports the Central Metrology Lab by completing part measurement work orders using 3D scanning equipment, CMMs, and optical scanners. This role works closely with engineers across multiple product lines to provide accurate measurement data that supports quality, troubleshooting, and product decisions.
Skills:
· Measurement Tasks (75%): Conduct and coordinate 3D scans for critical parts and assemblies; manage project timelines and communicate status updates effectively.
· Lab Organization (15%): Label and organize parts and equipment in lab. Keep lab clean and orderly.
· Training & Collaboration (5%): Train and coach engineers on 3D scanning equipment capabilities; conduct engaging demonstrations to promote lab expertise and innovation.
· Innovation & Development (5%): Support the creation of new fixturing and measurement techniques to enhance our metrology capabilities.
Education:
· Associate's Degree
· Strong organizational and record keeping skills
· Strong experience with CAD and 3D CAD data manipulation.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects in high-pressure situations.
· Technologically adept with proficiency in learning and using multiple software tools.
· Strong leadership and teamwork skills; self-starter mentality.
· Effective communicator with the ability to diagnose and articulate technical machine issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a technical field.
· Hands-on experience with 3D scanning equipment.
· Knowledge of GD&T and part fixturing
· Expertise in additional metrology disciplines, including gage design, CMM programming, and Six Sigma data analysis.
· Familiarity with CREO and Windchill software.
- Rotate through shifts: 6am-3pm, 6am-5pm, 6am-7pm with night call
- Level 3 trauma center with most specialties
- Must have recent cardiac experience
- Care team model with 2 CRNAs and 1 physician on call nightly
- Required to take at least one call shift during coverage week
- Perform blocks for ortho, OBGYN, and general surgery
- Handle pediatric to geriatric cases
- Responsibilities include pre-ops, blocks, and PACU
