About the Role
We’re seeking an OR RN II who thrives in fast‑paced surgical settings and values predictable hours in an ASC environment. If you’re passionate about delivering safe, high‑quality surgical care and enjoy working with a tight‑knit, supportive team, this is the place for you.
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments and maintain patient safety throughout the perioperative episode
- Circulate for surgical procedures in Orthopedics, Podiatry, and Plastics
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for surgical patients
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to ensure smooth case flow
- Maintain compliance with SCA policies, regulatory standards, and evidence‑based practices
- Support efficient room turnover and readiness
- Act as a strong patient advocate from pre‑op through recovery
