What You'll Do

To perform this job successfully, you will have the following responsibilities as a part of your day:

• Review contracts for billing milestones/progress payments/instructions, and special conditions.
• Coordinate and prepare customer billings and any supporting documents or spreadsheets in-compliance with contractual requirements.
• Build strong positive relationships with external customers by providing a level of customer service that instills confidence that issues will be resolved in a timely fashion and in a manner that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Research and resolve any customer billing issues and/or questions in a manner that meets or exceeds their expectations. This includes, but is not limited to, accessing internal systems confirming job status, reviewing job files and contractual obligations, reviewing cash application, and reconciling jobs.
• Communicate effectively with other members of the team to ensure that potential billing issues or payment delays are properly escalated and resolved.
• Research and resolve all billing related questions that arise.
• Manage the collection of outstanding invoices so that payment is received promptly and foster an environment where customers have an excellent end-to-end billing experience.
• Maintaining a clean and up-to-date Accounts Receivable aging is essential to fulfilling this job mandate. The candidate must be able to promptly and proactively identify customer billing issues, prioritize and resolve the issues, and ensure the accurate application of customer payments to corresponding invoices.
• Make collections calls on past due accounts to include communicating to departments that can resolve customer issues resulting in payment of past due amounts.
• Assist Rite-Hite and the Accounting/Finance Department in any reasonable capacity required.

We're seeking a motivated and technically skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to collaborate with our engineering teams in planning, designing, and executing robust QA strategies for software and IoT connectivity. This role ensures adherence to quality standards across all in-house and cloud-configured products.

This position will be responsible for establishing and enforcing standards that ensure high quality is delivered within area of assigned responsibilities.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

* Design and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases to ensure product reliability.

* Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks for maximum test coverage and efficiency.

* Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution.

What We Do

Our product offering is currently focused on sales into EU with IVDs for professional use and self-testing. All products abide IVDR or FDA regulations and local rules in each key country, currently including Nordics and Iberia. Products are in general lateral flow assays which deliver reliable rapid results to drive early detection and organized into two main families: drug testing products serving mainly clinical customers (EU) and workplace (USA), and general health products through retail channels (EU). Novir has an established QC function in Milwaukee at Novir Research Park Lab, is ISO13485 certified and has a QMS to support it. About The Role:

The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the continuous development and maintenance of a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, incl. ISO 13485 status, while also overseeing product quality assurance and risk assessment initiatives. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish product and process quality specifications, to develop or drive improvements and to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and local regulations. The QA manager will foster culture of continuous improvement within the organization and an integration of the quality management system into every process and product aspect of the companies' everyday activities to deliver products and services safely and to great customer satisfaction.

CNC Machinist III-Floor Bar operates and programs a floor bar CNC machine tool. This includes setting up and verifying tooling, setting part offsets, and programming computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software. With little guidance, this person can complete a complex part from start to finish.

Job Details

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Act as the point of contact for customers. Assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs. Stock merchandise adequately. Perform other duties as necessary to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork, while protecting company assets.

DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Unload trucks.

* Follow company work processes to receive, open and unpack cartons and totes; store merchandise in stock room or move directly to sales floor.

* Build merchandise displays.

* Stock merchandise; rotate and face merchandise on shelves.

* Restock recovered merchandise.

* Assist customers by locating merchandise.

* Bail cardboard and take out trash; dust and mop store floors; clean restroom and stockroom.

* Comply with company policies and procedures.

* Greet customers.

* Operate cash register and flatbed scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase; bag merchandise.

* Collect payment from customer and make change.

* Assist with ordering merchandise using hand-held scanners, as needed.

* Clean front end of store and help set up sidewalk displays when necessary.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:

* Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.

* Understanding of safety policies and practices.

* Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidance.

* Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures.

* Basic mathematical skills.

* Ability to perform IBM cash register functions.

WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS

* Frequent walking and standing

* Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling to run check out station, stock merchandise and unload trucks; which may also require the ability to push and/or pull rolltainers for stocking merchandise

* Frequent handling of merchandise and equipment such as handheld scanners, pricing guns, box cutters, merchandise containers, two-wheel dollies, U-boats (six-wheel carts), and rolltainers

* Frequent and proper lifting of up to 40 pounds; occasional lifting of up to 55 pounds

Occasional climbing (using step ladder) up to heights of six feet

* Fast-paced environment; moderate noise level

* Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Cleaning Team Supervisor to manage our cleaning operations and ensure that all areas of our facilities are cleaned and maintained effectively. As the Cleaning Specialist at Elite Sports Clubs, you will be responsible for scheduling, strategizing, planning, and implementing routine, preventative, and project cleaning activities. You will work closely with our cleaning team to develop and execute cleaning schedules and protocols, conduct inspections, and address any cleaning-related issues or concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule, strategize, plan, and implement routine, preventative, and project cleaning activities for all areas of the facility.
• Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure that cleaning schedules are adhered to and that all cleaning tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Develop and implement cleaning protocols and standards to ensure that all cleaning activities meet or exceed industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to assess cleanliness and identify areas for improvement, taking corrective action as needed.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Respond promptly to member and guest inquiries and requests for assistance, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.
• Coordinate with other departments, including maintenance, front desk, and management, to address cleaning-related issues and ensure seamless operation of the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning storage areas, equipment rooms, and other designated areas.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and tasks as needed, including deep cleaning, sanitation, and event setup and breakdown.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cleaning or janitorial services, with previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team and provide exceptional customer service.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols related to cleaning and sanitation (preferred).
• CPR and first aid certification (preferred).
• Flexibility in schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to oversee cleaning operations and support facility operations.
