Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator/Procurement Coordinator

Location: Chandler, AZ

Duration: 8 Months

Pay rate: $40/Hr on W2

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement lifecycle: Request and review Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from eligible suppliers.
• Process purchase requests: Review submitted requests for accuracy, queue them for action, and place approved orders via online platforms, email, or phone.
• Supplier Onboarding and Compliance: Coordinate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), compliance reviews, and supplier onboarding with end-users and internal teams (not supported by Accenture)
• Order Monitoring: Track open orders, follow up with suppliers for status updates, and ensure the system is accurately maintained.
• Daily Coordination: Collaborate closely with Supply Chain team to coordinate daily workflow.
• Administrative Assistance: Provide general administrative support as needed for Supply Chain Management Cross-training to support coverage as needed in Shipping/Receiving area.
