The Director of Retail Operations Support provides strategic leadership and operational
oversight for the Retail Divisionβs centralized support functions. This role is responsible for
ensuring consistent, high-quality operational support across all retail locations and for
empowering retail teams with the tools, systems, and processes needed to serve
customers effectively and compliantly.
This leader oversees the Retail Operations Support Team. Each direct report supports 12+
retail locations, ensuring inquiries related to retail operations are answered promptly,
correctly, and consistently. Responsibilities include governance of administrative
processes, routing issues to appropriate functional areas (Accounting, HR, Marketing, IT,
etc.), and enhancing operational efficiency and compliance across the division.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Partner with departmental partners to answer complex inquiries and improve
cross-departmental service level agreements.
- Oversee operational processes across the retail division to ensure overall
efficiency and maximize productivity.
- Drive operational excellence in support for topics including, but not limited to:
- Deal workflows and booking practices
- Financing options and documentation requirements
- Billing, bill backs, and invoicing questions
- Inventory tracking and reporting
- Titling processes and documentation
- Ensure escalation paths are in place and effective for issues requiring crossfunctional
resolution (e.g., accounting, HR, IT, marketing).
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related
field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of operational leadership experience, preferably in multi-location retail,
dealership, or field operations environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and improving support processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence without direct
authority.
Preferred:
- Experience in manufactured housing, automotive, RV, or other complex retail
operations.
- Experience with CRM systems, service ticketing systems, and process
documentation tools.

Plan and lead the activities of all stores within the assigned area of operation, including full profit and loss responsibility, while acting within the scope of company objectives and policies to accomplish divisional and regional goals.

- Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations in retail, grocery or convenience store operations with full P&L responsibility.
- Bachelorβs degree preferred.
- βBig-boxβ retail management and/or equivalent education and experience combination will be considered.

OB SUMMARY:
This Pathologist Assistant position is responsible for gross dictation and gross examination of tissue specimens, functioning independently under the direction of a Pathologist.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Pathologist's Assistant supports PathGroup's mission, vision, goals and management decisions.
- Submit and dictate all surgical specimens for processing.
- Maintain and keep cutting room properly supplied.
- Photograph specimens as designated by pathologist.
- Prepare tissue to be sent out for further testing such as lymphoma phenotyping, quantitative iron studies, etc.
- Review procedure manuals and stay current with procedural changes that have occurred.
- Review and study under pathologist guidance designated continuing educational material.
- Exercise all laboratory safety precautions and adhere to lab procedures as stated in procedure manuals.
- Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the industry's best security practices and regulatory guidelines to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information and other sensitive company data.
- Become familiar with and abide by the Corporate Compliance Program and all corporate policies, including the Privacy and Security policies; and especially policies that impact Pathologist Assistants directly.
EDUCATION & LICENSURE:
- Bachelor degree as a Pathologist Assistant is required.
- ASCP or equivalent certification as a Pathologist Assistant.

The Care Management Coordinator is responsible for working with the provider and member for the management of members with care coordination of health care needs. The Care Management Coordinator is accountable for providing clinical support to members by facilitating an appropriate Plan of Care for optimal health outcomes and facilitating the provider and member relationship for quality and cost-effective care. The Care Management Coordinator is responsible for working with the Provider and supporting the member with discharge planning, education, coordination of care needs and ensuring desired outcomes are achieved. The Care Management Coordinator is responsible for using established criteria to determine if inpatient admissions, outpatient services or home services are medically necessary. The Care Management Coordinator follows member cases through the review process determining medical necessity of continuation of services and the appropriateness of the treatment setting. The Care Management Coordinator is responsible for identification of high-risk members and those that meet criteria for referral to Quality Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Nursing and RN licensure that is unrestricted in the state of Mississippi required. Master degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum two years of clinical experience required.
- Background in Utilization Review in the health care field is preferred.
- Excellent clinical thinking skills required.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills are required.
- Must have excellent organizational skills in order to successfully prioritize tasks and to ensure deadlines and benchmarks are consistently met.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule when required.
- Must have above average PC skills and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Position Overview
The Safety Director is a key position that works directly with the Operations and Logistics teams. This position is directly responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing safety programs to ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, Federal, State, and Local regulations. This role will manage risk and improve safety performance across our trucking operations, recycling plant facilities, and field equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of current OSHA, FMCSA, and DOT laws and regulations, and a passion for cultivating a strong safety culture.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all drivers apply and adhere to all Federal, State, Local, and FV specific rules, policies, and procedures
- Ensure robust policies, procedures, and processes are developed and fully implemented to establish a culture where safety is first and foremost
- Prepare and update safety training manuals (plant, logistics, field maintenance, and office)
- Oversee onboarding and training of Class A CDL drivers
- Develop driver training procedures and oversee driver trainers through this process
- Coordinate and lead plant and driver safety meetings
- Review hours of service records to ensure safety and DOT regulation compliance
- Conduct infield and camera system driver/equipment audits to ensure the highest level of safety and develop corrective action plans

- Coach drivers in the event of violations and correct operational issues
- Maintain records for documentation required by OSHA, DOT, FMCSA, internal requirements, and other regulatory agencies

- Oversee claim management and investigation
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; provide detailed reports and recommend corrective actions

- Analyze safety metrics to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Maintenance Teams to integrate safety into all aspects of the business
- Work with transportation compliance consulting firm to track all driver credentials, send renewal certifications, maintain driver qualification files, ensure adherence to drug & alcohol testing policies, track/update equipment inspections, file appropriate tax/licensure forms, and other compliance documentation
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and employee engagement across all departments
Qualifications and Requirements

Job Summary: The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day operations within a high-volume, fast-paced fulfillment center. This role ensures safe, efficient, and customer-focused execution across inbound, outbound, and returns operations while driving productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. The Senior Operations Manager plays a critical role in peak execution, people leadership, and operational scalability.
Responsibilities:
