We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations in our 3PL warehouse facility. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of 20–50 employees, ensuring efficient workflows, meeting customer requirements, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-volume operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of 20–30 warehouse associates, drivers, and temporary staff.
- Create and manage employee schedules to support peak periods and customer demand.
- Monitor productivity and performance; provide coaching and corrective action when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, OSHA safety standards, and company policies.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient and accurate order processing.

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider to patients form birth through the lifecycle utilizing the nursing process in accordance with Piedmont Healthcare's Mission and Vision Statements; functions within the framework of their license and the policy and procedures of the organization and demonstrates professional growth and accountability. The Licensed Practical Nurse guides ancillary staff, collaborates with other health care professionals in the provision of quality nursing care. The Licensed Practical Nurse blends compassion, caring and technologically appropriate competency resulting in holistic care to the patient.
Qualifications:

Graduate of an LPN program

What You’ll Do
- Supervise, coach, and develop inventory control staff, including training, scheduling, performance management, and work assignment
- Lead all inventory control processes, including cycle counts, physical inventories, discrepancy reconciliation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy within the WMS and automated systems; ensure inventory is properly labeled, located, and auditable
- Partner with warehouse operations, receiving, shipping, and slotting teams to align inventory flows and minimize variances
- Monitor inventory KPIs (accuracy, shrink, aged inventory, excess/obsolete stock) and present insights to leadership; drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct and lead audits of inventory locations to ensure physical inventory matches system records; oversee remediation as needed
- Collaborate with IT and automation teams to support and enhance inventory systems, robotics, barcode scanning, and automated storage/retrieval systems
- Establish and enforce best-practice inventory control procedures, including FIFO/FEFO compliance, damage control, and safe storage standards
- Plan, execute, and close cycle counts and physical inventories with minimal operational disruption
- Partner with finance and accounting on inventory valuation, adjustments, period-end close, and audit readiness
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards in all inventory areas
- Support inbound and outbound variance investigations and coordinate with suppliers or vendors when inventory issues originate externally
