As a Warehouse Associate at FedEx, you will be integral to the efficient operation of the warehouse, handling the movement, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will be responsible for loading and unloading shipments, sorting packages, and ensuring that all items are accurately documented and stored. Your role is vital in maintaining the flow of packages and supporting timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload packages from delivery trucks and trailers.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
- Prepare packages for shipment by labeling, sealing, and securing them.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain Document Control System including documentation release, Revisions & Training related to ISO9001:2015 processes and procedures.
• Create Work Instructions, Forms, and Procedures.
• Ensures that appropriate records are properly controlled. Manage the proper storage and filing of Quality System and Quality Department controlled documents.
• Quality reports creation, maintenance, and storage.
• Assist with Quality Management Review Reports about Hanwha QMS for Hanwha Management.
• Ensures Hanwha Quality Processes are followed, and Quality Policy is adhered to throughout the manufacturing plant.
• Coordinates, evaluates, and assists in developing action plans and follow up of quality issues and internal audit findings.
• Supports Internal Auditors.
• Performs Quality Audits at the company’s critical suppliers/vendors.
• Designs and develops forms and instructions and quality documents for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.

• Assist Operations Manager in delegations of duties regarding Team members.

• Maintain and update incoming inspection logs to conform to IATF-16949 and customer requirements.
• Has the authority to shut down any process for quality or safety concerns.

Additional duties:

• Conduct training on inspection and measurement techniques.

• Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.
