Role:

• This is a Float Loan Officer position; you will float to our local branches on an as needed basis.
• Our Loan Officers assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs.
• Provide account information by phone or in person, as well as information on the full range of credit union products and services.
• Open accounts for members, interview, and professionally handle the members daily needs.
• Responsible for interviewing and evaluating applicants for routine loans and processing loan applications.
• Gather background information and analyze loan applicants credit history.
• Provide a variety of transaction services to members including loan processing, closing, and disbursal.
• Meeting minimum performance standards regarding referrals, sales, production, and quality control.

This is a full-time on-site role based in Willoughby, OH, for a Field Technician. The Field Technician will perform evaluations of roofing and building envelope conditions, assist in maintenance planning, oversee design implementation through project administration, and conduct quality assurance observations. Day-to-day responsibilities also include supporting inspection and testing activities, including infrared moisture detection, and documenting findings accurately to assist clients in project planning and execution.

• Proficiency in conducting inspections, condition assessments, and testing of roofing systems and building envelopes
• Strong technical skills in project administration, quality assurance monitoring, and maintenance planning
• Ability to prepare clear and detailed reports, including budget estimates and documentation of findings
• Familiarity with design, bid administration, and utilizing infrared moisture detection equipment
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with building owners and design professionals
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to on-site environments
• Previous experience in building envelope consulting or roofing systems is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

THE POSITION:

Emergency Nurses treat patients in emergency situations where they’re experiencing trauma or injury. They can work in hospital emergency rooms, ambulances, helicopters, urgent care centers, sports arenas, and more.
