This position is 100% outpatient and crucial for launching and expanding a new service line focused on adult and geriatric patient care.

Assignment Details: Start/End: March 2026 ??? March 2027 Schedule: Monday ??? Friday, 8:00 AM ??? 4:30 PM (No Call/Weekends) Patient Volume: Approximately 30 patients per day Focus: Balanced split of 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology EMR: EPIC Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will manage a diverse patient load, perform procedures such as VAD/CV Catheter management and Bone Marrow Biopsies, and oversee Bone Marrow Transplants.

Collaboration with our nurse oncologist for chemotherapy administration and active participation in Tumor Board are also required.

Qualifications: Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology BLS Certification Active Indiana Medical License (Licensing support is available for qualified candidates) Credentialing is estimated at 60-90 days, with dedicated support provided.
