What You’ll Do
Install Residential Plumbing Systems Install, replace, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures including toilets, faucets, water heaters, piping, and more.
System Testing & Inspections Perform thorough inspections and testing to ensure safety, water quality, and full code compliance.
Repairs & Troubleshooting Diagnose issues, perform common repairs, and resolve problems found during inspections or service calls.
Customer Interaction Communicate clearly with homeowners, explain solutions, and deliver a professional, positive experience.
Service Calls & Estimates Respond to customer needs and provide accurate estimates for installations and repairs.
Service Titan Use Service Titan for scheduling, job management, and customer updates.
Safety & Compliance Follow all safety protocols and maintain strict adherence to local plumbing codes.
What You Bring
5+ years of residential plumbing installation experience
Strong understanding of plumbing practices, soldering, and fixture installation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and materials
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience with Service Titan or similar software (preferred)

Dedicated Sysco Fleet is looking for drivers to run Solo. This account offers consistent and predictable routes, customer interactions, home time, and pay. We have round-the-clock office support staff to assist you, and we have had a strong relationship with our customers for nearly a decade. This route involves mostly nighttime driving. We only drive automatic sleeper cabs and pull 53 refrigerated trailers, and offer parking for trucks at the main facility. There is a dedicated C.R. England maintenance shop on-site to handle any of our maintenance needs. This account is based in Front Royal, VA, and drivers could run in any of these states: MA, CT, NY (Albany and Syracuse, backhauls out of Buffalo), NJ, PA, MD, VA, NC, SC, OH, IN, and KY.

The Assist. Chief Engineer will supervise the implementation of all property and equipment preventive maintenance and repairs, monitor life safety systems and utilities and assist in the administration of the department in compliance with all corporate/franchise standards and local, state and national codes and regulations to protect assets, guests and employees.
Essential Job Functions:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of Engineering department:
- Implement and schedule property and equipment preventive maintenance programs in compliance with corporate/franchise standards and local, state and national codes and regulations.
- Prioritize service requests; schedule and monitor the service performed to ensure customer satisfaction, safety and convenience.
- Test and examine the life safety systems to ensure they are 100% operational at all times.
- Monitor utility consumption to determine the effectiveness of current systems.
- Review purchase requests and monitor expenses budget to ensure goals are met/exceeded.
- Assist in the administration of the department by preparing and maintaining schedules, logs, records and other documentation to ensure a smooth operation and minimize liabilities.
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Must be able to recognize potential safety hazards and security problems in the hotel and act upon each accordingly. Be skilled in several areas such as HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywalling, painting, plumbing, roofing, and landscaping. Must be able to troubleshoot and repair routine mechanical and electrical malfunctions in hotel systems and equipment. Must be willing and able to be responsive to complaints about maintenance.
