- Full Time Olathe Hospital Position Summary / Career Interest: We are seeking a motivated, credentialed (ARRT) and experienced leader for our Radiology Department at Olathe Hospital in Olathe, KS.
As the Radiology Director you will be responsible for the overall operation of the multi-disciplinary imaging department for inpatient and outpatient care at the hospital and the Pavilion.
Areas of responsibility include Diagnostic Radiology, Mammography, Ultrasound, MRI and CT.

Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions With input from the team, assures department goals and objectives are aligned with the system goals and objectives.
Assures communication between radiologists and the radiology department is patient centered, friendly and professional leading to a positive working relationship.
Assures staff has the tools necessary to complete duties and that staff is competent to complete those duties (with assistance from managers, supervisors and leads.
Reviews patient care results through documentation and patient feedback to assure results are consistently good.
With staff input and oversight, equipment is in excellent working condition, QC is completed appropriately and on time, and an equipment capital plan is in place that is both cost effective and leads to cutting edge care for the community.
Reports positive and negative results along with appropriate research required to identify alternative courses of action with recommended action plan With team input, develops a realistic budget that is appropriate for projected volumes.
Works with the team to assure that waste is eliminated when discovered.
Assures that the department is managed to the budget with appropriate volume fluctuation." Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.

JOB SUMMARY
This is an Operations position responsible for supervising the activities associated with Delivery. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, management and direction to delivery staff, compliance with government regulations and safety and security of the delivery department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises the daily work and safety of Delivery Associates, including adherence to standard operating procedures, adherence to planned routes, and providing safe and efficient customer service.
- Ensures Delivery Associate compliance with local, state and federal regulatory agencies (i.e. DOT, OSHA, etc.) and ensures that electronic logs are kept current and accurate.
- Manages labor hours and consumable supplies within budget.
- Prepares work schedules including extra work days and shifts as needed.
- Oversees the proper selection utilization of company assets in support of the Delivery department.
- Organizes required repairs with proper departments as necessary.
- Reviews delivery functions and productivity reporting.
- Suggests efficiency ideas, cost reduction measures and assists with implementation of delivery changes.
- Interprets trains and consistently enforces Company policies, protocols and procedures including but not limited to food safety, DOT, record keeping, etc.
- Communicates with Sales Management and Marketing Associates to collaboratively resolve any customer or delivery opportunities or issues.
- Visits customer locations and meets with customers to address issues and assess delivery difficulty.
- Preserves associate relations through regular department or pre-shift meetings.
- Maintains on-going interaction.
- Keeps open communication channels with associates by answering questions and explaining policies and procedures.
- Monitors associate morale.
- Submits and respond to ideas to improve associate engagement and enablement.
- Interprets trains and consistently enforces company policies and procedures.
- Coordinates efforts with the Safety department to aid in training, conducting associate observations, up-dating preferred work methods, conducting accident investigations to determine root causes and routine safety inspections.
- Makes recommendations for disciplinary action and/or behavior modification where required.
- Executes management functions of staff selection, development, discipline, performance reviews and/or terminations.
- Performs the duties of associates supervised and other related duties as needed (and as qualified).
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 2 or 4-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major preferred.
Experience
- 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
- Complete a Sysco approved defensive driving program.
- HazMat certification preferred.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License meeting Company standards preferred.
Key duties include working on the line (making wraps, bowlsand smoothies), preparing food in the kitchen, operating the cash register, and performing daily cleaning tasks.

Job Summary and QualificationsThe CT Technologist performs routine and specialized imaging procedures in the application of ionizing radiation in accordance with the established professional and departmental standards. The CT Tech provides high-quality computerized tomography images of the used by physicians for diagnosis and treatment. What you will do in this role:
- You will compassionately assist and position patients on CT table.
- You will start IVs for contrast injection and when necessary.
- You will assess image quality and make adjustments when necessary.
- You will release customer with proper post procedure instructions.
- You will turn over and prepare room using aseptic technique between patients and clean / sterilize equipment.
- You will follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
What qualifications you will need:
- Graduate of an accredited program by the commission on accreditation of allied health education programs, American Medical Association or other accrediting agencies.
- American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT) or registry eligible with completion of examination within 6 months of hire to maintain employment.
- Advanced CT Registry must be successfully completed within 6 months of registry eligibility.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
- Minimum of one year hospital department experience in Diagnostic Radiology and or completion of accredited Radiology program with clinical experience Minimum of one year is hospital CT department preferred. Able to accurately complete radiology examinations as ordered by the referring physicians.
- Experience with Radiology information systems to obtain previous examination reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills related to being able to communicate effectively, competently and confidently with all individuals (various types of customers, facility colleagues, etc.).
- Able to handle periods of intensity with calm.
- Able to work in stressful situations while maintaining composure and perform required Imaging Services duties regardless of the patient’s condition.
- On Call Required and must have the ability to report to the facility within 30 minutes of callback.
