Summary of the Role

The function of the Sales Representative is to successfully develop and strengthen LGG Industrial's relationships with customers, identifying needs and opportunities within and across product lines and provide value to customers while strengthening business results. Works as part of a collaborative team to drive sales by focusing on acquisition, development, retention, and management of strategic clients in designated territories.

Responsibilities

• Must maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.
• Within the assigned territory, promotes and sells company products, systems, and services to existing customers.
• Analyzes customer’s problems and issues to identify best technical professional solution.
• Captures, documents, and shares VOC.
• Continuously plans for cross-selling and upselling within existing customer base.
• Research and reports marketplace and competitive information for sales strategy planning.
• Responsible for new business development through networking, prospecting, lead generation and lead follow-up.
• Successfully achieves personal sales objectives.
• Enters documented cost savings using Sales Strat.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with new sales prospects, existing customers, and internal support personnel.
• Partners with Service Center teams to provide sales solutions, quotes, and processes orders.
• Assists A/R personnel in creating and establishing new accounts and follows up on collections.
• Coordinates with Customer Service Representatives and Service Center management to keep account activities updated.
• Monitors delivery date commitments and expedites where appropriate.
• Responsible for logging sales generation and data into system on a regular basis.

Skills and Abilities

• Possess excellent sales skills including rapport building, questioning, negotiation, and follow up.
• Confident in prospecting, cold calling – in person, email and phone, and territory management
• Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers, and team-members in a professional manner.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, above average mechanical aptitude, and the ability to interaction with a diverse customer base.
• Presentation skills with ability to read audience and tailor message to its needs.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience with CRM.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of gaskets, hoses and conveying system within preferred industries, preferred
• Knowledge of product line, preferred
• 3-7 years of proven outside industrial sales experience both maintaining and growing the business
• University degree in engineering, business or related area of study preferred; will consider equivalents
• A valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record are required.

Superintendent – Ground-Up / Industrial Construction

Location: Savannah, GA Compensation: $95,000 – $105,000 + strong bonus program Relocation: Available for the right candidate

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Superintendent to join our Savannah team and take a key role in delivering high‑quality ground‑up industrial and aviation projects. This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow long‑term with a stable, well‑respected builder and work alongside an experienced senior superintendent who will provide mentorship and support.

Our core work includes industrial facilities, aviation projects, and anticipated data center construction in the near future. Most projects are located in Savannah and the surrounding region, with occasional work within a two‑hour radius.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily on‑site field operations for ground‑up construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, materials, and equipment to maintain efficient workflow.
• Oversee tilt‑wall construction activities and ensure proper sequencing and installation.
• Maintain project documentation including daily reports, safety logs, and progress tracking.
• Work closely with the project manager, senior superintendent, and field engineering team to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
• Uphold company safety standards and ensure all personnel follow site‑specific safety plans.
• Support long‑term project planning and contribute to building a strong, collaborative jobsite culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on ground‑up commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong preference for experience with tilt‑wall construction.
• Background in industrial, aviation, or data center projects is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage field operations, subcontractors, and project sequencing.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a commitment to teamwork and long‑term growth.
• Local candidates preferred, but relocation support is available.

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will perform service and maintenance tasks on commercial HVAC equipment in the Savannah, GA area. Our customers in this area are primarily within a 30-mile radius of Savannah however travel to Charleston, SC and Jacksonville, FL is possible for assistance in needed repair or emergency service.

Comprehensive Benefits

• Wage Range starting at $22.00+/hr and extending to $40.00+/hr based on qualifications & experience

Job Duties

• Perform assigned HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting task safely in commercial and industrial settings
• Service, diagnose and troubleshoot various types of split systems, packaged rooftop, and chillers
• Utilize electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC equipment as needed
• Complete required electronic documentation daily on a handheld device
• Work independently to complete assigned tasks within an allotted time frame
• Operate company provided vehicle to complete service calls in a specified territory

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience performing maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of commercial HVAC equipment
• EPA certification (Core and Type II are required; Universal preferred)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication and customer service skills
• OSHA 10 certification (the company will provide if needed)
• Ability to work both independently and with a team to achieve both personal and team success in meeting customer expectations
