Our client, a leading MEP contractor, is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their team in Columbus, OH. This is an immediate, full-time opportunity for a driven professional who can successfully manage complex HVAC projects from planning through completion.
Position Summary
The HVAC Project Manager is responsible for organizing, managing, and executing HVAC construction projects while ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and budget control. This role works closely with field teams, coordinators, and other trades to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist project coordinators with critical layouts, manpower planning, and look-ahead schedules
• Develop detailed HVAC duct and equipment layout drawings using 2D CAD and Bluebeam for project execution and BIM coordination
• Attend and actively participate in weekly jobsite meetings
• Manage project costs using estimates and approved budgets
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, including task sequencing and durations
• Review, process, and track HVAC submittals (ductwork, equipment, air devices, etc.)
• Create, submit, and manage RFIs
• Prepare cost estimates for change orders and scope adjustments
• Generate monthly billings based on project progress and incurred costs
• Perform additional duties as required to support project success
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC industry experience
• At least 2 years of experience as a Foreman, Superintendent, or in a similar leadership role
• Proven direct supervision experience

Position Summary:
The Inventory Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing finished goods inventory across the distribution network and collaborating with customer service on inventory allocation. This role ensures accurate inventory shipping & receiving records are maintained across suppliers and 3PLs ensuring high service levels while balancing inventory investment, cost, and operational constraints. Working closely with Planning, Logistics, and Customer teams, the Inventory Analyst helps anticipate risks, identify inventory imbalances, and supports consistent service performance as the distribution network matures. Position ensures inventory is reconciled across 3PL WMS inventory systems and internal Business Central ERP inventory records.
Core Responsibilities:
Replenishment, Inventory & Network Flow
- Build and manage dashboards to assess inventory positions, allocation, and precut process and ensures inventory record accuracy across 3PLs and internal ERP systems.
- Manage inventory variances and reconciliation with 3PLs and suppliers and proactively communicates variances and works with planning team on PO updates/changes
- Receives inventory into ERP and verifies quantities and processes supplier invoices for payment
- Audits cycle count reporting with 3PLs and audits receiving and shipping records
Cross-Functional Execution
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, co-packers, Logistics, and DC Operations to align supply plans with warehouse and transportation capacity
- Recommend customer replenishment strategy changes to drive case pick to full layer and pallet pick volumes with customer service and sales teams
- Support customer supply teams with allocation decisions and service issue resolution
- Support peak and seasonal planning to ensure network readiness – space planning
Continuous Improvement
- Drive EDI integrations for ASNs to improve inventory accuracy and enhanced 3PL reporting and automation with 3PLs and IT team
- Identify opportunities to improve stock slotting with 3PL partners to improve warehouse productivity performance through detailed analysis.
Primary Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in distribution planning, logistics, or inventory management
- Experience in CPG, food & beverage, or consumer goods
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with imperfect data

Overview
This person will support a small team of individuals supplying talent and services to the events industry. You will serve as a general administrative assistant, office manager, bookkeeper and file clerk. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn in an ever-changing environment.
LOCATION: Our office is located in Franklinton (downtown Columbus) above the Chromedge studios.
This is some of what you will do:
- Keep us organized with electronic filing & record keeping.
- Contract management.
- Sending client and vendor contracts electronically.
- Recording contracts returned.
- Generating custom contracts for recurring customers.
- Transactional Bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online.
- Recording all incoming and outgoing payments.
- Generating and sending customer monthly invoices.
- Reconciling our event database and our accounting records.
- Provide email and phone support to customers and artists.
- Office supply management & organization.
- Assist with website updates and maintenance.
- Internal and external office communication.
- Database and list updates and management.
- Update artist promotional material.

Overview
The Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project documentation management. This role encompasses the control of plans and specifications, as well as the creation and upkeep of tracking logs for various project components such as submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and other relevant documentation. The Project Engineer diligently monitors changes to project scope to ensure both compliance and proper pricing. Additionally, they assist in processing field change orders and RFIs to facilitate effective management of project modifications. Active participation in meetings is essential; the Project Engineer attends, presents, and documents minutes at Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and weekly progress meetings with subcontractors. During project close-out, the Project Engineer collaborates with the Project Administrator to monitor the close-out checklist, collect operations manuals, and prepare and submit as-built drawings, thereby ensuring comprehensive and accurate final project documentation
Responsibilities
- SAFETY
When in field, responsible to support project safety policies and report safety information and violations to the Project Superintendent.
- PRECONSTRUCTION PHASE
Assist Project Manager with preconstruction duties.
- CONSTRUCTION PHASE
Assist the Project Manager coordinating the day-to-day management of the project including cost control, reporting, manage the RFI and submittal process, project closeout, and become fluent in Procore, ebuilder, OAKS or projected related software.
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Participate in RFQ/RFP responses as needed.
- Participate in project interviews as needed.
- Assist with finding and developing future job opportunities.
Computer Software Skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, at an intermediate skill level. Must be/become proficient in all aspects of Procore project management system.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, and legal/construction documents. Ability to prepare responses for the Project Manager to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and reports for the Project Manager that conform to prescribed style and format.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and to make recommendations to the Project Manager based on abstract and concrete variables.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily on-site construction operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics to ensure efficient work sequencing
- Enforce jobsite safety policies and conduct daily safety meetings and inspections
- Collaborate closely with the project manager to maintain project timelines and budgets
- Review drawings and specifications to anticipate potential conflicts and drive proactive solutions
- Conduct site walkthroughs, inspections, and ensure punch-list completion
- Maintain accurate daily logs, progress photos, and documentation using construction software
- Serve as the on-site representative for the general contractor with owners and consultants
Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of experience in commercial construction as a superintendent
- Successful track record managing ground-up or large-scale renovation projects over $10M
- Deep understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling practices
- Strong ability to lead subcontractor teams, resolve issues on-site, and maintain project momentum
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar
- OSHA 30 certification required or obtainable
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, shop drawings, and specifications
