About the Role
Location: Gainesville/Canton (Georgia) Hybrid
We are seeking a fantastic Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing litigation team in either office location. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level to senior-level attorney who thrives in a high-volume environment and wants to take ownership of a substantial caseload while working with a collaborative, driven team.
This role is technically in-office, but we offer meaningful flexibility for the right candidate.
What Youβll Do
- Manage a large, active personal injury caseload from pre-litigation through trial
- Handle all aspects of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and mediations
- Evaluate liability and damages and develop case strategy
- Negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel
- Prepare cases for trial and serve as first or second chair as appropriate
- Supervise and collaborate with a support team (case managers, paralegals, etc.)
- Deliver exceptional client service and communication
What Weβre Looking For
- 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience (more senior candidates strongly encouraged to apply)
- Proven ability to manage a large caseload independently
- Strong deposition, negotiation, and courtroom skills
- Trial experience or strong trial readiness preferred
- Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Licensed and in good standing in the applicable state
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is between $110,000 β $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Additional compensation includes:
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Profit sharing
Factors which may affect pay within this range include market conditions, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
