Overview:

Women’s Group of North Florida is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician to join our large, collaborative, and well-established practice in Gainesville, Florida. This is a hybrid position combining private practice with meaningful teaching opportunities through the new UCF/HCA OB/GYN Residency Program at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital.

We offer a smooth runway for incoming physicians — no need to build a panel from scratch. Our team structure, resident support, and strong referral network allow you to focus on what matters: high-quality care, teaching, and sustainable work-life balance.

• 9-physician group with in-house midwives, OB hospitalists, and 16 residents
• Academic appointment through UCF College of Medicine
• Manageable call: 3–4 calls/month, with 24/7 hospitalist and anesthesia coverage
• Robust GYN surgical volume, including MIGS-trained attendings for mentorship and support
• Hospital equipped with a Level III NICU and >500 beds
