Rotating weekends, holidays, and call

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school, Successful completion of medication administration math competency test.

Experience: Six months OR experience at Mercy Hospital. Proficient in Level I requirements as defined per policy.
Certifications: ACLS (if not current, coworker will be scheduled in next available class); CPR
Other: Proficient in Level I requirements as defined per policy. Provide annual in-service specific to clinical ladder specialty area, as defined per policy, being achieved. Preferred Experience: One year medical-surgical experience and/or one year operating room experience preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Required Education:
    • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
  • Licensure:
    • Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements

    • One year of recent bed-side LPN experience to work Med Surg.
