The Role

• Corporate structuring and governance
• Tax planning and transactional tax support
• M&A and commercial contracts

The firm is open to:

• Mid-level attorneys (4–6 years) building toward seniority
• More senior laterals with a developing portable book

No personal injury or non-commercial work. Purely business-facing.
