Catalyst Marketing is a leading advertising agency that specializes in gaming, tourism and destination marketing. At Catalyst, we are proud to serve a growing roster spanning 6 times zones from the Pacific to the Caribbean. Our unique mix of clients is anchored by some of the biggest names in the Native American gaming, tour, travel, and destination categories. The Account Executive manages the day-to-day operations of various accounts under the guidance of a Client Service Director. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and critical thinker, and must understand their clients' needs and objectives and work closely with them and the Account Service team to reach clients objectives. The Account Executive reports to the Director of Client Services.


The Account Executive is responsible for:

  • Initiating new project startup meetings with the creative team and uploading them on project objective and client goals
  • Clearly and in a timely manner communicate changes/approvals from client to team
  • Participates in the development of relevant marketing strategies
  • Reviews creative execution to ensure creative product remains on-strategy and adheres to client identity/corporate guidelines
  • Developing detailed creative and media briefs for new projects
  • Communicating with Account Team and relevant departments to ensure that all timelines are met and that projects stay within budget
  • Scheduling client meetings
  • Updating job status report on a weekly basis
  • Providing insightful and strategic value to creative work as well as client requests
  • Communicating with internal teams and manages each project through the internal process

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • 4-year college degree – Marketing, Communications or Advertising preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a team player
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to initiate and adopt new ideas
  • Computer proficiency in all Microsoft products
  • Proactive problem-solving ability
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals
  • Deadline-oriented with a sense of urgency
  • Self-starter, high energy, assertive, take charge personality
