Responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new commercial banking relationships as well as for building the Community Bank brand and enhancing its reputation within the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and market expansion. Additionally, the Commercial Market Executive will assist as needed with building relationships in the government sector and will at all times be an actively engaged member of the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of relationship managers and support staff to achieve performance goals.
• Set clear objectives, provide ongoing coaching, and foster professional development to ensure team success.
• Promote a collaborative, high-performance culture with a focus on client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:

• With direction from the Regional President and local commercial banking team, identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial banking sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, CFOs, and other key decision-makers.
• Together with the local team, conduct client meetings, presentations, and financial needs assessments.
• Together with the local team, resolve complex client issues and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Market Intelligence and Strategic Sales Execution:
• Together with the Regional President and local leadership team, develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with corporate goals in order to grow the Bank's commercial loan portfolio and deposit base within the Lehigh Valley market.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and product specialists to structure and deliver customized solutions.
• Together with the local team, maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and track progress.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regional economic conditions.
• Identify market opportunities and lead regional expansion initiatives.

Community Involvement:

• Enhance the Bank's visibility and reputation through community engagement and marketing.
• Represent the company in regional business and community events and networking opportunities.
• Foster a positive impact on the community through engagement and leadership, including actively participating in community service and volunteer activities and serving on local boards and committees.
• Assistance with Government Sector Relationships:
• Support efforts to establish and strengthen relationships with local government entities, agencies, public service organizations, and schools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address the needs of municipal clients and prospects.
• Stay informed about government policies and initiatives that may impact the Bank.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

• Support cross-sell initiatives across business lines including treasury management, lending, and capital markets.

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in commercial banking, financial services, economic development, government, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of commercial lending and financial analysis.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Commitment to community service and involvement.

We’re hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support a high-performing pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience who enjoys working on complex process and packaging equipment in a GMP environment.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair motors, pumps, gearboxes, valves, and rotating equipment
• Perform mechanical, basic electrical, and instrumentation maintenance
• Maintain utilities systems (boilers, chillers, air compressors)
• Read and work from blueprints and engineering drawings
• Support packaging line changeovers and equipment setup
• Fabricate and install piping and mechanical components
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance through CMMS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills

The CT Tech operates computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes. They prepare patients for the procedure, position patients with considerations for safety and image accuracy, ensure proper imaging protocols are followed, and work closely with radiologists to obtain high-quality images for accurate diagnosis. CT Techs also maintain equipment, keep patient records, and follow safety procedures to minimize radiation exposure and provide compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging process.

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain imaging process, and position patients appropriately
• Set appropriate technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies to ensure patient and staff safety
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Document patient information, imaging parameters, and procedural details accurately in the hospital’s system
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services

Summary
Provides direct and indirect patient care including assisting the physician in diagnostic and/or invasive cardiac, electrophysiology, structural heart, and peripheral procedures. Provides cross campus coverage as needed. Cross trains for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, and the Invasive Cardiology Holding and Recovery Area to meet department and patient needs.

Job Duties

• Prepares room in a timely manner with all anticipated supplies and equipment. Assists in positioning, prepping, and draping of the patient. Maintains medical/surgical asepsis.
• Performs hemodynamic and physiologic monitoring during routine and complex cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures; assesses changes and appropriately treats.
• Observes behavioral and physiologic changes due to medications; documents and takes appropriate actions.
• Demonstrates knowledge and ability to scrub, monitor, and circulate for all diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, peripheral, or structural heart procedures. Assists and anticipates the needs of the physician.
• Demonstrates effective arterial and venous sheath removal skills, including proper use of mechanical closure devices and manual compression.
• Utilizes standard work to maintain efficiency. Promotes cost-effective care through maintaining and monitoring appropriate use of inventory and par levels.
• Knows the location, operation, and care of equipment. Problem solves, trouble shoots, and takes corrective measures in the care and handling of equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma from an accredited school of cardiovascular science or
• Specialized Diploma from an accredited school of radiation technology with cardiovascular experience.
• Decisive decision making in critical situations. Exhibits critical-thinking.
• Knowledge of current medical practice as it relates to diagnostic and interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, peripheral, and structural heart procedures.
