Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) NOC Shift
Seymour, WI (1520 minutes from Green Bay and Appleton)
Pay Range (Including $4.00 NOC Shift Differential)
RN: $44.00 $45.75 per hour (based on experience)
LPN: $33.50 $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
Current Openings (10:00 PM 6:00 AM)
48 hours per 2-week pay period (includes every other weekend and holiday)

Position Summary
The RN or LPN plans, coordinates, supervises, and implements nursing services for assigned residents as part of the interdisciplinary team. This role ensures high-quality care and supports residents' dignity, comfort, and well-being.

Job Description & Skill Requirements
- Study assembly lines and manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities based on Lean principles.
- Perform detailed time studies and line balancing activities, including:
- Elemental breakdown
- Video-based time studies
- Analysis across all processes, stations, and operators
- VA / NVA / RNVA analysis
- Development of current-state line balancing
- Muri (overburden) analysis
- Develop Value Stream Maps (VSM), including:
- Current-state VSM to identify bottlenecks, waste, and inefficiencies
- Capacity analysis and baseline performance metrics
- Future-state VSM and gap analysis between current and future states
- Identify process and productivity improvement opportunities across the entire value stream and provide:
- Level 1, 2, and 3 improvement recommendations
- Detailed improvement roadmap and reports
- Develop and revise standard work instructions, including video-based work instructions.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues, defects, and downtime; support corrective actions and Kaizen initiatives with detailed implementation plans.
- Support fixture design activities as per manufacturing and process requirements.
