Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time, long term position for a Paralegal located in Fredericksburg, VA. The Paralegal will assist attorneys by preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and reviewing case documents. Day-to-day tasks will include organizing case files, communicating with clients and relevant parties, and supporting attorneys during case preparation. The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic legal environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in Law and legal practices
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
• Effective Communication skills for liaising with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
• Experience or aptitude in conducting detailed legal research
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate Program

Other details

• Position will start with training between May and June
• Salary is to be determined based on qualifications (range is $20-25 hourly)
