Competitive Compensation: Up to $160k base salary (DOE) 401(k) with Company Match and Company-Funded Retirement Contributions Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Holidays Leadership Opportunity: Build and lead a high-impact reliability team Growth and Innovation: Influence next-generation maintenance strategies in a newly independent organization Collaborative, Inclusive Environment that values employee development and operational excellence Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties: Lead and develop a high-performing reliability team (engineers, PdM, and lubrication technicians) Drive world-class reliability practices to reduce unplanned downtime and extend equipment life Manage RCFA process and ensure corrective actions are executed effectively Serve as mill-wide champion for proactive reliability and chronic issue elimination Collaborate with operations and maintenance leaders to drive cultural adoption of reliability principles Develop and maintain equipment criticality systems and inspection programs Introduce new predictive maintenance technologies and methodologies Track and communicate key reliability metrics and action plans Mentor and upskill reliability professionals across the organization You should have most of the following: Bachelorβs degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (preferred) Minimum 10 years of operations, maintenance, or engineering experience in a paper, pulp, or heavy industrial environment Strong understanding of reliability principles and best practices Proficiency in CMMS and RCFA systems Proven record implementing preventive/predictive maintenance programs Excellent communication and leadership abilities Demonstrated success improving equipment uptime and performance Interested in hearing more?
