Position Summary
The Director of Finance is a strategic partner to the VP of Finance & Accounting, responsible for forward-looking financial planning, inventory management, and business growth initiatives. This role blends corporate rigor with entrepreneurial drive, focusing on forecasting, scenario modeling, and cost reduction efforts. The Director of Finance will play a critical role in inventory management, optimizing working capital, and supporting M&A or new business line launches. As a forward-thinking leader, this individual will manage special projects and drive the integration of technology and AI to enhance financial insights.
Core Responsibility Categories
1. Strategic Leadership, Planning & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgeting, monthly (or quarterly) forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes.
- Ensure ownership of budgets across departments, enforce variance monitoring, and lead discussions on corrective actions to address any discrepancies.
- Provide scenario modeling, financial forecasting, and decision support for capital allocation, expansion, and investment initiatives.

3. Growth, M&A & Business Development Support
- Partner with the leadership team on evaluating new business lines, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
- Lead financial modeling, due diligence, and integration planning for acquisitions or joint ventures.
- Build scalable financial frameworks that enable the company to launch new initiatives quickly and effectively.
4. Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
- Execute special projects as directed by the VP of Finance & Accounting to address emerging business needs or strategic opportunities.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for high-priority executive initiatives.
5. Technology & Automation
- Make technology, automation, and AI integration a core foundation of the finance function.
- Implement projects only with clear ROI and measurable business impact.
- Partner with IT and operations to ensure finance systems evolve with business needs and growth.
6. Leadership, Change Management & Team Development
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team.
- Provide mentorship to staff to ensure continuous professional growth.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of progressive finance leadership. Experience in multi-entity organizations; exposure to commodities, trading, or precious metals is a plus. Proven ability to implement scalable systems and technology-driven solutions with measurable ROI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required. MBA or CFA preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics. Highly skilled in Excel and/or Google Sheets. Strong command of automation tools, dashboards, and data visualization. Hands-on expertise with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred).

Job Description
The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. They will deliver impactful core selling messages and educational materials as part of their remote engagements, reinforcing in-person efforts and expanding overall reach. VSRs will need to be flexible regarding job responsibilities as they will include a variety of strategic tasks: amplifying call frequency with high-priority targets, triaging and qualifying targeted HCPs, supporting large geographic territories, and engaging aligned sales team micro-focus practitioners. The VSR will create positive, coordinated virtual selling interactions that drive awareness, adoption, and market growth for CARDAMYST. Additionally, they will possess excellent customer service skills and polished marketing and sales acumen to cultivate current office targets and develop new healthcare provider relationships within those offices. These skill sets will also be critical in educating on the clinical profile and first-in-class value of assigned products, addressing questions and concerns, and identifying signals of adoption. Furthermore, they will demonstrate the ability to learn complex medical topics, industry compliance guidelines, patient assistance programs, and navigate pharmacy and insurance landscapes to support account needs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Develop expertise in delivering core selling messaging in a virtual environment, reinforcing field strategy and tailoring discussions based on HCP interest level and engagement signals.
- Meet or exceed call expectations, quality engagement metrics, and sales attainment goals set forth by the Client.
- Maintain complete and timely CRM documentation of targeted customer interactions, including call attempts, product discussions, expressed level of interest, and literature requests.
- Develop business relationships with field team to maximize coverage of shared targets.
- Ensure high level of coordination, communication, and collaboration with field-based representative counterparts and field-based Regional Sales Manager. Ensuring that efforts are aligned and coordinated to provide a superior customer experience.
- Coordinate regularly with field-based counterparts to ensure seamless execution of customer interactions and scheduling as appropriate.
- Complete tasks and participate in projects as assigned by the field based Regional Sales Manager, as needed.
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to field partners and team leadership regarding account sentiment, adoption signals, and opportunities for increased engagement.
- Comply with all company, PDMA, compliance, and regulatory policies and guidelines.
- Work independently from a remote home office while collaborating cross-functionally in a coordinated territory model.
- Cultivate an assigned virtual territory in alignment with field strategy and be accountable for measurable business results and engagement outcomes.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR equivalent experience
- 1+ year of sales experience in an outbound Virtual/Tele-sales or field sales role in a healthcare or pharma field required
- Experience selling in the Cardiovascular space preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and Outlook required with the ability to learn new software as needed.

Medicine for Business and Industry (MBI) operates outpatient clinics specializing in acute injury care within an Occupational Medicine setting. Our services focus on treating occupational injuries. No chronic pain management! Our fully integrated EMR system enables providers to deliver high-quality patient care with minimal administrative responsibilities.
MBI currently has 31 locations in Arizona, Colorado, California, and Nevada. Significant career growth opportunities are available for qualified candidates. Summary
Working in coordination with the other members of the Center Leadership Team and under Direction of the Regional Medical Directors, the Center Medical Director shall deliver the highest quality healthcare in an efficient, affordable, and caring manner. The Center Medical Director drives daily center execution following the industrial athlete model, inspires colleague accountability to provide superb patient and employer experience, and is responsible for the assigned clinic’s daily medical functions. The Center Medical Director’s leadership combines broad vision with a critical eye for internal operations and quality assurance. The Center Medical Director contributes to the success of MBI’s business strategy by providing deep subject matter expertise as appropriate, ensuring medical operations are meeting key performance indicators, educating clinical staff, and helping drive business growth and retention at the Center level.

Patient Care/Customer Experience/Quality
- Delivers direct patient care both in clinic and via tele-medicine according to the established principles of clinical practice and the current organization plan or need.
- Ensuring integrity of all clinical procedures, documentation, and the maintenance of up-to-date protocols, including risk management.
- Ensures day-to-day execution of quality care, and customer and colleague satisfaction.
- Ensures compliance with individual State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC Regulations.
- Utilizes Evidence Based Medicine with a focus on early intervention and patient empowerment/responsibility. Creates an appropriate treatment environment and ensures documentation and billing are clear, relevant, accurate, and thorough.
- Works with Regional & State Medical Directors to manage clinical staffing, scheduling, and operations, in order to optimize patient outcomes while meeting key performance indicators.
- Strives to execute Center goals to build customer loyalty. Serves as the primary contact point for Employers/Clients with questions regarding the medical care of the injured employee.
- Responds quickly and professionally to requests of employer clients, including on site tours and educational presentations.
- Supervises pre-employment testing program, including working with Sales and Clinic Administrator to facilitate new client set up process.
Leadership/People Development
- Leader of the Medical Center, alongside the Center Administrator. Provides Center’s clinical and quality oversight. Identifies clinical improvement opportunities and works with clinical leadership to improve.
- Leverages clinical guidance for resolving provider quality issues.
- Attends and co-leads weekly Clinic Leadership Team “CLT” meetings.
- Assesses strengths and developmental opportunities of medical providers. Provides access to training and incentive plan information (where applicable) to enhance colleague performance.
- Fosters a “community of Practice” through peer-based learning and interaction with clinical colleagues.
- Provides input into the design and implementation of educational programs for patients, employers, and medical staff.
- Shapes the culture of the Medical Center. Consistently recognizes individual performance and encourages progression. Motivates and inspires team to higher levels of engagement, productivity, and personal achievement. Provides regular, timely guidance/feedback.
- Building trust within the clinical team, leading by example; makes choices that are consistent with MBI ethical principles; is emotionally intelligent; manages self and relationships effectively.
- Facilitates resolution of interpersonal and performance issues of medical providers at the Center.
- Supervision: provides peer review of junior providers including periodic chart reviews and feedback sessions that focus on maintaining the highest standards of patient care, documentation, and accurate billing/coding.
- Training of MA support staff’s clinical skills.
Growth And Financial Analysis
- Builds relationships with new and existing clients. Provides onsite tours of the clinic and discusses the MBI model treatment model to gain trust and grow the client base.
- Reviews Center financial performance and KPI’s with the CA to ensure optimal results and implement action plans, as needed.
- Works with Regional and State Medical Directors regularly to understand all financial aspects of the clinic’s productivity (practice patterns, referrals, scheduling, patients per hour, P&L etc...).
- Ensures level of service/coding is being optimized for every visit and is supported by appropriate documentation
Supervision
- Supervisory responsibility for all Physicians, APPs, Radiology Techs and Medical Assistants in the Center.
- Supervision includes yearly written evaluations, assessment, definition, and/or modification of individual job duties of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants
- Collaboration with CA for annual reviews of Medical Assistants and X-ray Technicians.
Requirements:
- MD/DO
- Unrestricted Colorado Medical Licensure with no active stipulations.
- Active full DEA license.
- Current BLS certification.
- FMCSA certified for DOT exams within 90 days of hire.
- Must possess & maintain State of Colorado Workers Compensation Division Level I accreditation within 3 months of hire, and Level II accreditation within six months of hire.
- Board Certification in primary specialty preferred but not required in: Occupational Med, Family Med, Internal Med, Emergency Med, PMR, Orthopedics (preferred, others will be considered)
- MRO certification preferred
- Solid, demonstrated knowledge of the practice and application of occupational medicine. Working knowledge of laws and regulations governing rehabilitation services; of worker’s compensation and clinical procedures/processes; and of diagnoses and treatment of occupational injury and disease.
- Working knowledge of medical office administration and procedures. Sound administration and management skills.
- Ability to instruct, teach, and correct. Confident and professional demeanor with medical providers, administrators, and clients
- Perform impairment ratings according to the AMA Guide’s 3rd Edition and the guidance of the Division of Workers Compensation for Colorado.
- Respond to written requests from insurance providers and employers in a timely fashion-Rule 6 letters should be returned same day whenever possible.
- Cosign charts under Division of Workers’ Compensation rules for APPs in the clinic.
- Review and respond in writing to surveillance videos.
- Care for psychological injuries resulting from workplace trauma/injury.
- Practice according to the Colorado DOWC medical treatment guidelines.

Principal Job Duties:

QUALIFICATIONS
The minimum qualifications for School Physical Therapist:
· 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Physical Therapist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
· Valid School Physical Therapist credential/license or in process in state of practice

The Wound/Ostomy RN provides acute and rehabilitative patient care to wound and ostomy inpatients and outpatients; is responsible for direct patient care, education, planning, directing and provision of nursing care to patients in accordance with the Colorado Nurse Practice Act, Physician Orders, recognized nursing techniques and policies, procedures, established clinical competencies; demonstrates critical thinking and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the care of the patient; is responsible for meeting the clinical competencies set forth by HCA HealthONEAurora campuses. What you will do in this role:
- Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record. - Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response to the medication.
- Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology.
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN
- Entry into WOC Nurse Education program or Board Certification by WOCN Society,preferred within 6 months of employment
- Minimum of two years acute care; WOC Nurse experience preferred

Summary:
Provides computed tomography imaging in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews patient history, physician's orders and does scheduling. Educates patient regarding procedures, equipment and exam to ensure patient's understanding and cooperation.
- When ordered, prepares and administers contrast media and/or medications within scope of practice. Monitors patient condition continually and reports/responds to changes in status as appropriate.
- Prepares equipment and supplies. Selects appropriate exposure factors and imaging parameters. Implements safety standards and performs appropriate quality control procedures on equipment. Troubleshoots, resolves, and/or reports equipment malfunctions as necessary. Positions patient and performs imaging procedure(s).
- Analyzes results and identifies issues with the quality of imaging results. Takes appropriate action to resolve image quality issues, including re-positioning patient and repeating procedure. Enters, transmits and reports scan results. May perform 3-D post processing.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) and registered, and or registry eligible with completion of registry in 12 months in computed tomography (CT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). State licensure if required by law.
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
