JOB PURPOSE
Deliver technical training to Honda and Acura automobiles dealership service personnel through assigned training center. Maintain equipment, vehicles, and facility to high standards. The Private Events Manager works closely with Club leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution while continuing to grow the Club’s presence within the local market.
This position offers a base salary of $44,000–$47,000, plus commission. The Private Events Manager is eligible to earn 1.0%–1.5% commission on qualified private event revenue, with expected total annual earnings of approximately $56,000–$66,000 when budget goals are achieved, and higher earning potential based on performance.
