Key Responsibilities • Dispatching & Coordination: Assign jobs and routes to drivers, technicians, and staff based on priority, availability, and geographic location.
Provide real-time updates to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for urgent and after-hours calls.
Make sound decisions quickly and document all actions accurately.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track vehicles, job statuses, and team performance using dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
Prepare detailed reports for leadership review and shift handoff.
• Communication: Maintain consistent, professional communication with field teams, clients, and supervisors via phone, radio, and digital messaging platforms.
• Problem Solving: Address scheduling conflicts, reroute assignments as needed, and proactively resolve delays, incidents, or service concerns.
