Position Title: Summer School Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Lake County, IL
Position Overview
A school district in the Grayslake, Illinois area is seeking several Physical Therapists (PTs) to support students during the summer school session. This is a part-time, school-based opportunity working with students from early childhood through 12th grade. Caseload assignments will be determined during the interview process and are expected to be manageable.
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday
- Regular Hours: 8:15 AM – 12:15 PM Approximately 16 hours per week
Extended Hours: First and last day of the program will run from 8:15 AM – 3:15 PM
- Setting: On-site school environment
- Caseload: Low caseload; specific assignment determined upon interview
- Student Population: Early Childhood through 12th Grade
Compensation & Employment
- Pay Rate: $50.00 – $65.00 per hour (W-2), based on experience
Responsibilities
- Provide school-based physical therapy services in alignment with student IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and document services in accordance with district and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers to support student mobility and functional access
- Develop and implement therapeutic interventions to improve student participation in academic and school activities
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required
- Prior pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Overview:
We are seeking two detail-oriented and driven professionals to join a dynamic manufacturing
operations team as Deviation Investigation Writers. These individuals will play a critical role in
supporting quality compliance by documenting and investigating deviations—unexpected events that
impact product quality, safety, or regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ghostwrite deviation investigation reports on behalf of technical staff, including operators and engineers.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and draft clear, audit-ready documentation.
- Support root cause investigations (RCI) and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Assist in managing deviations across various manufacturing areas, including filling, inspection robotics, and process operations.
- Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards and is easily understandable by auditors and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in a regulated or manufacturing environment.
- Background in quality assurance, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Ability to quickly learn complex manufacturing processes and translate them into clear, structured documentation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience writing deviation investigation reports or supporting root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments such as pharmaceutical, chemical, or food production.

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys concepting and executing digital-first creative work, collaborating closely with a Content Design Manager and Copywriter on ongoing digital, social, and video projects.
In this role, you will help shape visually compelling, strategic design solutions that support brand identity, marketing initiatives, and product storytelling across digital platforms. You will work on a wide range of deliverables, including e-commerce graphics, display ads, email, social content, websites, static and animated assets, and video/animation storyboards.
Responsibilities:
- Concept, design, and execute creative across a variety of digital campaigns and brand initiatives
- Develop storyboards and visual directions for video content and animated graphics
- Collaborate with marketing partners to produce designs that effectively communicate brand messaging and product features
- Stay current on digital design trends, tools, techniques, and emerging AI technologies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high production quality
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative deliverables
- Support and attend live production shoots as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design or art direction, ideally within the CPG space
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and social design work

- Familiarity with AI tools to support concepting and creative exploration
