Assists performers during shows with costume changes and maintains costume appearance.

• Works with supervisors to maintain quality costumes for assigned production, including maintenance and cleaning of costumes and equipment.
• Prepares the facility for each day's activities including cleaning dressing areas, repairs and ironing for each show.

This position focuses mainly on providing a safe environment for guests and associates by routinely conducting building/ground inspections to assure regulatory compliance; responds to fires and other emergencies as needed; and investigates first aid incident reports as necessary.

• Conducts investigations on necessary first aid incidents as requested by Park Management and the First Aid Supervisor.
• Performs routine fire and safety inspections. Types of inspections include but are not limited to: Fire Extinguisher, Fire

• Performs follow-up inspections for corrective action and reports continued safety issues to the responsible department and Safety Operations / Area Manager.
• Responds to and assists with park emergencies, patient care, safety investigations, scene management, and to help provide guest and or associate assistance as necessary.

• Assists with the regular maintenance of emergency equipment
• Assists First Aid staff as needed.

• Technicians with audio, lighting, networking and show control backgrounds.
• Audio Engineers with troubleshooting skills, understanding of signal flow in live mixing; knowledge of QLab playback and show control as well as digital sound consoles such as Mackie and Allen+Heath are a plus.
• Master Electricians to oversee and maintain designated show rigs and control systems. Must be capable of troubleshooting equipment and software problems at a moment's notice. Knowledge of conventional and moving lighting fixtures, DMX addressing and ETC Consoles are a must. Knowledge of Video Walls, Pixel/LED tape and Power Distro Racks are a plus.

Our team of Entertainment Team Leads work with performers, associates, and guests to ensure safety for all as well as creating memorable entertainment and event experiences parkwide. Performs inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and annual rehabilitation of a variety of different amusement rides and attractions, depending on level of employee. Areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to) maintenance of gearboxes, chains, sprockets, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, wire rope, hoists, brakes, pumps, and large bearings. Climbing and working safely at height is an essential part of this job.

License or Certification: Must meet location-specific requirements to work on specific rides and attractions. State or provincial certifications and/or licensing within if applicable in state. Valid driver’s license. Welding certification preferred.

Experience: Typically requires 4-6 years mechanical maintenance experience, including at least 2 years working on rides.

Equivalency: Directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the above requirements.

Typically requires 2-4 years of HVAC experience. Refrigeration experience preferred.
