We're seeking compassionate and patient care driven nurses to join our Med Surg team! Our unit comprises 41 beds; we have a patient ratio averaging 5-6 :1 it is our goal with our new team model, where every patient is assigned an RN, LPN and CNA it is our goal for the ratio then be 10:2.
