Opportunity Description

Our client is a multi billion dollar packaging manufacturing company with a strong hold on their space. They are completely vertically integrated and have one of the industries best succession planning structures. Managers are usually promoted within 12-18 months and the growth doesn't have to stop after that.

We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the entire production floor on the night shift. This individual will drive initiatives, lead training, spearhead production, quality and safety and create a cohesive team. The only hire Supervisors who can be promoted to Managers due to the importance of the succession planning structure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• People leadership strengths - communication, organization, training, mentoring, accountability
• High level of Lean and driving continuous improvement
• Data analytics, Statical Data Analysis, decision making based on KPIs and metrics
• Strengths and success in driving Quality initiatives
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus
