Job Summary:
Manages philanthropy communications systemwide and a comprehensive philanthropy communications calendar in support of market-based philanthropy teams and their fundraising goals. Provides communications support for sustained gifts program directed toward individual donors to include associate giving, grateful patient acquisition programs, donor retention and growth of major gifts pipeline. Works closely with the leadership and foundation staff systemwide to increase the number and value of annual, mid-level, and major donors. Supervises and instructs site-level philanthropy teams on systemwide sustained giving processes, collateral, and objectives.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in fundraising, business administration, health administration or communications or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Master's degree: Preferred
- Five years' philanthropy experience: Preferred
- One year's leadership experience: Preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
- Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) accreditation: Preferred
Essential Functions:
- Develops annual philanthropy communications plans in collaboration with each site in support of goals and strategies, including precise and practical deadlines to maximize annual and mid-level giving from individual donors in concert with overall organizational goals. Achieves strategic plan targets to increase its support from the community.
- Directs the coordination and promotion of sustained giving toolkits, including associate giving campaign materials and training. Responsible for managing and maximizing the philanthropy communications program ROI.
- Ensures appropriate and adequate tracking, acknowledgment, and recognition of all philanthropy communications. Provides staff leadership for the employee donation campaign to secure annual employee campaign goals. Implements annual plan of direct mail and other annual giving programs.
- Manages direct response vendor relationship and coordinates with them preparing and customizing site appropriate materials.
- Collaborates with marketing and communications at system and site level and with the donor digital engagement coordinators to ensure continuity across delivery mechanisms.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Summary:
Manages the team in reaching its fundraising activity and revenue goals through strong oversight of campaign, prospect and board management. Manages fundraising initiatives as assigned with a focus on accountability, best practices and collaboration. Motivates team toward donor and grateful patient engagement. Participates in special campaign and related leadership projects. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.

- Develops and maintains productive relationships with physicians and staff to support fundraising initiatives. Possesses thorough knowledge of the key fundraising priorities for hospital.
- Serves as a role model for the Foundation. Participates in search committees, task forces and other special teams.
- Meets annual activity and financial performance metrics and ensures cost effectiveness of all expenses.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules from preconstruction to completion
- Build baseline, bid, and proposal schedules in collaboration with teams and trade partners
- Perform schedule updates, forecasts, and resource loading using Primavera P6 (and future systems)
- Track critical paths, float, constraints, and milestones
- Provide monthly schedule reports, narratives, and KPI metrics
- Identify and communicate risks, delays, productivity impacts, and changes
- Support cost impact analysis, change orders, claims, and dispute resolution
- Ensure contractual compliance in scheduling communications
- Deliver hands-on training to project and self-perform teams
- Assist in migrating FLINT’s scheduling platform from P6 to Oracle Primavera Cloud
- Champion process improvements and standard operating procedures for scheduling across divisions
Job Requirements, Qualifications, Characteristics:
- 7+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years in scheduling
- Demonstrated expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
- Deep knowledge of construction methods, workflows, sequencing
- Ability to interpret plans, specs, and submittals
- Familiar with job cost reporting, cost accounting, and change order processes
- Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite, and Bluebeam
- Exposure to 4D/BIM scheduling, data visualization tools, and modern scheduling tech
- Outstanding communicator, collaborator, and critical thinker
- Willing to travel locally to job sites within FLINT’s service areas

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Serves as a member of the mental health care team that provides specialized health care for selected groups of patients in the Adult Detention Center.
Participates as a part of a multidisciplinary team that includes medical and mental health.
Actively supports and adheres to the University Health policies and procedures.
Ensures efficient, appropriate and adequate mental health care is administered to incarcerated individuals in the Bexar County Adult Detention Center.

EDUCATION A Registered Professional Nurse who is prepared for advanced nursing practice by virtue of knowledge and skills obtained through an accredited post basic or advanced educational program of study acceptable to the Board of Nurse Examiners.
A Master's degree in nursing is preferred.
Three years of nursing experience is required and two years of advanced practice is preferred.
Certification by a national nursing body is recommended.
LICENSURE Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Texas and credentialed by the State to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
Prescriptive authority is required.
