Key Responsibilities

  • Manage arbitration and mediation cases from opening through final resolution and close

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with clients and external stakeholders

About the Role


The General Counsel is the head of Syncarpha Capital’s legal department and is responsible for all legal affairs of the company, including, but not limited to, transactional, governance, and compliance matters.   • Project finance documentation
  • Entity formation and tax equity investment
