Key Responsibilities
- Oversee core accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Support department development by identifying training needs and coordinating training efforts.

- Establish and maintain internal controls and documented financial procedures.
- Maintain accurate accounting policies and oversee controls for financial transactions.

- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts and report significant variances.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
- CPA or CMA preferred.
- 10+ years of related accounting experience.
- Strong management and supervisory abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency with accounting and tax preparation software; CMiC preferred.

Compensation
