Primary Responsibilities: Project sizes $5,000-$500,000

• Coordinate all aspects of projects with owners, managers and subcontractors
• Review plans and contract documents
• Review estimates
• Prepare work orders for invoicing

An engineering organization is seeking Design Technicians to support electric distribution and substation infrastructure projects. This role is open to candidates ranging from 2+ years of estimating experience through 20+ years, provided they have heavy civil estimating fundamentals and public-bid experience. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and competitive bids for heavy/highway projects with a focus on bridge construction.
• Develop takeoffs and pricing for concrete structures such as retaining walls, culverts, tunnels, and sound walls.

• Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
• No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
• No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder

Compensation & Benefits

We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:

Base Compensation

• $60,000 – $70,000
  (First-time carrier to experienced carrier)

Additional Benefits

• $10,500 for multiple birth
• Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
• Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
