We are currently a Tier 4 Patient Centered Primary Care Medical Home, Vaccine for Children Program and a Certified Rural Health Clinic! We have an amazing team and looking forward to our growth in Florence!Our Florence clinic sees a demographic of Medicaid and Medicare individuals that are in need for our expansion with community resources.Our Integrated Medical Home in Florence currently has a team of Family Nurse Practitioners, Naturopathic Physicians, Licensed Professional Counselors, Behavioral Health Clinicians, Chiropractor, Acupuncture, Medical Assistants, Front Desk and Community Health Worker that works with our Director of Clinical Operations.We utilize telemedicine visits for patients that are at home as well as telehealth visits – when patients may not have access to data or smart phones patients come to our facility and utilize our technology to connect with any of our providers across our 4 locations! Our additional locations in Eugene, Salem and Portland are comprised of Family Nurse Practitioners, Naturopathic Physicians, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, Counselors, Chiropractors, Acupuncture, Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy and oral health with an Expanded Practice Dental Hygienist.This position would be 1

Radiologic Technologist – Outpatient Orthopedics Office – Latham, NY - Per Diem

What you will do:

The Radiologic Technologist is responsible to perform diagnostic radiographic, X-Ray examinations in accordance with departmental standards.  The incumbent interacts with physicians, staff and others in the efficient and service oriented operation and performs all job functions in a courteous and professional manner consistent with our mission and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnostic imaging
• Operate and adjust imaging equipment
• Explain procedure to patient, position patient and equipment

What you will need:

• AAS Degree in Radiologic Technology or Equivalent
• Current ARRT registration and NYS license required or Eligible
• Minimum 1 year experience
• CPR Certification

Pay Range: $28.80 - $42.80

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

Position Purpose

Involves technical work in the operation of diagnostic radiographs and fluoroscopic equipment. The purpose is delivery of quality care commensurate with the age of the patient population for the designated area.

Minimum Qualifications:                                                       

• HS/equivalent graduate required.

• Successful graduate from an AMA approved Radiology program

• Registered by ARRT or acquired within 1yr

• BLS required
