Key Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing and procurement of raw materials, electronic components, MRO, tooling, and services to support manufacturing operations
• Analyze MRP requirements and place purchase orders to ensure material availability aligned with production schedules
• Manage supplier pricing, quotations, lead times, and order execution
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and safety stock to meet business and production plans
• Coordinate delivery schedules and expedite materials to meet manufacturing demand
• Support supplier selection, qualification, and performance evaluation
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives and purchasing efficiencies
• Resolve supplier quality or delivery issues, including defective materials and debit memos
• Ensure compliance with ISO-9001 quality standards and purchasing procedures

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of purchasing or materials planning experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory control, and production support purchasing
• Experience purchasing electronic or technical components is a strong plus
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• APICS certification a plus
