How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Perform scrub functions including the selection and handling of instruments and supplies used during procedure.

WHAT?
This role involves close collaboration with the Senior Director of Quality and will be instrumental in championing and developing the organization's batch review excellence.
The role responsibilities are, but are not limited to:
- Lead comprehensive batch record review processes for sterile injectable drug products, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with approved manufacturing procedures and specifications.
- Make critical batch disposition decisions (release, reject, or investigate further) based on thorough evaluation of manufacturing data, in-process testing results, and finished product testing.

What you'll do

JOB SNAPSHOT
A Project Manager is responsible for the entire successful execution of a project. - Prepare contracts, scopes of work and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
- Direct and supervise team members in the office and on site.
- Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction means and methods in achieving cost-effectiveness of plans.
- Solicit, negotiate, select, contract, and oversee subcontractors who complete specific pieces of the project.
- Requisition of supplies and materials to complete construction projects.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
- Develop and implement quality control programs.
- Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction sites.
- Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction deficiencies.
- Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
- Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
- During the warranty phase, assist the owner with warranty claims and service. Perform 1-year walk-through of the facility and facilitate 1-year punch list creation. Closeout warranty phase.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a Construction industry, and at least five (5) years in Project Management.
- Thorough knowledge of Outbuild Scheduling Software (similar to Microsoft Project), Word, and Excel, along with Gmail, Google Drive, and various Google Apps is required; being familiar with Project Management software applications like Procore and PDF annotation is required.
- Extensive knowledge of cost control procedures, budgeting and constraints associated with them, contract/subcontract negotiations, billings and forecasting.
- Strong ability to read, analyze and interpret plans and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices and techniques.
- Must be an energetic, flexible and motivated self-starter who is ready to work with a dynamic and growing team.
- Self-starter with strong multi-tasking acumen.
- Demonstrated expertise in problem solving, crisis management and leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, attention to details and organizational skills.
- Excel in transparent communication, negotiation tactics and problem-solving skills.
- Provide leadership, knowledge and mentorship to other Owners Representatives, Representatives and Members of the project management team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license and acceptable driving history is required.
- Must have their own reliable transportation for use during work hours.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.

About the Role
We are seeking a strong, mission-driven Executive Director of Hospice to lead the overall operations of Select Hospice.
In this role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership while ensuring exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, team development, and financial performance. This position plays a critical role in driving growth, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a culture of accountability and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for hospice operations
- Ensure compliance with CMS Hospice Conditions of Participation (42 CFR Part 418) and applicable state licensing regulations
- Maintain survey readiness and uphold quality and documentation standards
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational sustainability
- Lead and develop interdisciplinary teams, ensuring appropriate staffing and competency standards
- Oversee the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) process and Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program
- Support census growth through community partnerships and referral development
- Promote a culture of compassion, professionalism, and accountability
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, emergency preparedness, and infection control standards
- Utilize electronic medical record systems and operational data to guide decision-making
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in hospice or a related healthcare setting (required)
- Strong working knowledge of CMS Hospice Conditions of Participation and state hospice regulations (required)
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
