Join us in making a difference in the early detection of hearing loss in newborns as a Newborn Hearing Screen Technician! As a newborn hearing screen technician, you will provide hearing screens in the hospital after a baby is born. You will work on-site at one or more hospital locations to screen newborns for hearing loss. At Pediatrix, you will receive on-the-job training. This includes annual certification accredited by the American Academy of Audiology. Responsibilities
On a typical day, you will conduct newborn hearing screens, usually in a new mom's hospital room, and help educate parents about the importance of the screen using video and printed tools we provide. You will also be in charge of entering patient data and validation of hearing screens, as needed. Additional responsibilities may include helping to confirm or reschedule outpatient appointments, following up on any equipment issues and training new staff.

- This position reports to a manufacturing engineering group leader along with Manufacturing Engineering Technicians, Senior Manufacturing Engineering Technicians, Manufacturing Engineer/Programmers, Associate Manufacturing Engineers and Senior Manufacturing Engineers. Applying learned engineering techniques, the incumbent independently evaluates, selects and applies standard manufacturing engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria. - In pre-production and production phases of a program, the Mfg. Engineer will determine manufacturing procedures, establish operation sequencing, prepare tooling and gauging lists, prepare and proveout N/C programs and write detailed operation sheets to produce complex machined parts and sub-assemblies to meet engineering drawings. He/She will also prepare engineered or estimated time standards for setup and run hours for each operation.
- The incumbent provides technical support to the production shops solving problems and improving processes associated with the parts he/she is responsible for. These problems may arise for any number of reasons such as tooling, machine tool, gauging, heat treating, and plating. The Critical Systems Technician IV will serve as a technician for all CPG mission-critical electrical services/maintenances under contract. The position will be responsible for monitoring compliance with contractual commitments. This position will provide leadership and knowledge regarding the installation, service, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and operation of mission-critical data center electrical equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* NETA or NICET Level 1-4 Electrical Power Testing Certifications are preferred.
* Ability to read and understand one-line diagrams, blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
COMPUTER SKILLS:

-Handle general inquiries related to the platform and user accounts.
Fraud, Safety, and Risk Support:
-Investigate account restrictions, fraud activity, and suspicious crypto transfers.
-Identify potential scams or compromised accounts (fraud expertise not required, but strong judgment is essential).
-Gather details to support fraud claims and escalation workflows.
-Monitor “urgent” or “account compromised” channels and freeze accounts when necessary to protect users.
Financial Operations
-Support FIAT‑related issues including:
• Bank transfers
• Troubleshooting linked bank accounts
• Understanding deposit/withdrawal flows
-Provide foundational support for crypto transfers; crypto knowledge is a major plus.
Quality & Collaboration
-Participate in the QA program to maintain high service standards.
-Follow documented processes, SOPs, and playbooks; escalate complex issues to senior team members.
-Work cross‑functionally with Operations, Training, and Leadership to route cases and improve workflows.

• Evaluate vendor quotes, capabilities, and service offerings to select and onboard the most suitable suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Finance) to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements.
• Monitor supplier compliance with contractual obligations and performance metrics.
• Continuously improve sourcing processes and contribute to strategic procurement planning.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, sourcing methodologies, and cost analysis techniques.
