Description Lead commercial interior projects from preconstruction through completion, overseeing budgets, schedules, procurement, and documentation.
Manage project teams, subcontractors, architects, clients, and field staff with confidence and clarity.
Review drawings, handle RFIs, change orders, and ensure high‑quality delivery of interior finishes and MEP coordination.
Conduct project meetings, track milestones, resolve issues, and maintain strong communication across all stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Superintendents to drive project progress and ensure on‑site excellence.
Serve as the primary client-facing partner, building trusted relationships and ensuring outstanding project experiences.
