Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
  • Perform production processes, demolition and other labor intensive tasks;
  • Perform fire and water damage restoration, extracting standing water, demolition, etc.
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities;
  • Set up staging area and placing equipment for each project.
  • Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
  • Communicate with restoration supervisor, other technicians, project manager, office and management personnel to maintain efficient production processes.
  • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
  • Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
Other
  • Removing and installation of carpet, padding, vinyl, and wood flooring is a plus!
  • Patching sheetrock/drywall, taping, sanding, and painting is a plus!
  • Removing and installing of floor molding is a plus!
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned and requested by management.
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:
  • Effective communication with basic math and computer skills; preferred
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration; preferred

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
