The Role:

The primary responsibility of the Preconstruction Manager is to intake and steer construction opportunities through the RFP stage of estimating and preconstruction, all the way through a successful buyout and purchasing phase, before turning the project over to Operations. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Industry Credentials such as CHST/OHST or ASP/CSP are preferred.
